Don’t you wish there was a no-adult-left-behind official grown-up spring break? Since many of the kids in our county are out of school this week, it made us think about how nice it would be if every adult scored the same week-long break from the office grind. Last year I traveled to the Bahamas by myself and stayed with a complete stranger – best birthday I ever had! If I had a week-long spring break, I’d check another place off my list – Nashville, New Orleans, New Zealand, Thailand, the list goes on…

Well, since I am imagining I get a paid week off, I will go ahead and imagine that I have enough money to do what I like with that week. So I imagine I would alternate going globetrotting to the many exotic locations I still want to visit, and just going to the beach and relaxing with a cold beverage for a week.
