Fab Freebie: A Break From Boring

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries  – see who won below!***

According to random.org, our two giveaway winners are… Amy I. (who’d enjoyed a weekend away and then a few days at home for her pretend spring break) and DebbieRN (who’d go to Sanibel Island).

Don’t you wish there was a no-adult-left-behind official grown-up spring break? Since many of the kids in our county are out of school this week, it made us think about how nice it would be if every adult scored the same week-long break from the office grind. Luckily this week’s prize from The Office Stylist promises to inject some fun (and function) to your desk job. They’ve got loads of tips and services for amping up your workspace, including an online shop that’s stuffed with colorful and stylish organizational items  – from floral file folders to ceramic business card holders and everything in between. And they’re hooking two lucky winners up with $50 cards to spend however they’d like.

Sorting With Style Giveaway

  • PRIZE: A $50 gift certificate towards Sorting With Style by The Office Stylist
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “GIMME A BREAK!” and…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … pretend that every grown up got a spring break. What would you do? Would you go somewhere exotic? Would you just relax at home? Or would you throw a huge party for all the other on-break adults?
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, April 20th at 8pm EST
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: Two
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The 50 United States and Canada!
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winners will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday morning for the announcement of our winners. Good luck…

Note: We weren’t paid or perk’d for hosting this giveaway, we just like rewarding our lovely readers! See our Giveaway FAQs page for more info. Pics from Sorting With Style

I would love to go on a cruise with my best friend. We both dream of going on a Disney cruise someday – and with a tax refund on the way, it would be possible if only I had the time off work!

I work at a college and decided to take a week of vacation when our students were on spring break. (not the same I guess) I spent a few days playing with my 18mth old and the rest of the time painting and decorating around the house. It was wonderful!!

GIMME A BREAK! . . .I work at a university, so I always feel a little pang of jealousy when the students are off for spring break. If I did get a spring break, I think we would take a road trip to see family for a bit and then enjoy some relaxing at home for a few days.

GIMME A BREAK! While I “technically” do have a Spring Break as a teacher, it is usually spent doing house things instead of relaxing so if I had a “real” spring break I would be on a beach with a fruity beverage and a good book!
