Fab Freebie: A Break From Boring

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries  – see who won below!***

According to random.org, our two giveaway winners are… Amy I. (who’d enjoyed a weekend away and then a few days at home for her pretend spring break) and DebbieRN (who’d go to Sanibel Island).

Don’t you wish there was a no-adult-left-behind official grown-up spring break? Since many of the kids in our county are out of school this week, it made us think about how nice it would be if every adult scored the same week-long break from the office grind. Luckily this week’s prize from The Office Stylist promises to inject some fun (and function) to your desk job. They’ve got loads of tips and services for amping up your workspace, including an online shop that’s stuffed with colorful and stylish organizational items  – from floral file folders to ceramic business card holders and everything in between. And they’re hooking two lucky winners up with $50 cards to spend however they’d like.

Sorting With Style Giveaway

  • PRIZE: A $50 gift certificate towards Sorting With Style by The Office Stylist
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “GIMME A BREAK!” and…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … pretend that every grown up got a spring break. What would you do? Would you go somewhere exotic? Would you just relax at home? Or would you throw a huge party for all the other on-break adults?
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, April 20th at 8pm EST
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: Two
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The 50 United States and Canada!
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winners will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday morning for the announcement of our winners. Good luck…

Note: We weren’t paid or perk’d for hosting this giveaway, we just like rewarding our lovely readers! See our Giveaway FAQs page for more info. Pics from Sorting With Style

GIMME A BREAK! :) I’m on a bit of a budget crunch right now, saving for a bigger and badder camera, so I’d stay cozy at home and sleep in every day, and go out late in the middle of the week! Oooo so exciting! :)

Gimme a break! Oh wait, I already had one. I am a high school teacher and our spring break was two weeks ago. I usually go for the half-relax/half-quick-trip approach. Best of both worlds.

“GIMME A BREAK!!” I would without a doubt be on the beaches on the Virgin Islands (St. Croix specifically..less tourist-y)…bluest water you’ve ever seen…would just relax snd not worry about all the grown up things that preoccupy our thoughts on a regular…nowhere to rush off to no deadlines to meet…just time..a lovely breeze and great company on a beautiful island!!

    GIMME A BREAK

I’d most definitely ditch the gloomy fog-filled days of Spring in San Francisco and would head South of the border for some fiesta fun! Nothing says exhaaalleeeee like a margarita on the rocks while sprawled out on the beach in sunny Acapulco.

I don’t even know what I would do with a spring break! I’d like to say that I’d go somewhere warm or just hang out in my pj’s with my pup but I’m pretty sure I’d wind up organizing/cleaning/fixing/etc. Either way is a win!
