Fab Freebie: Easily Turned On

So you saw me install this puppy earlier today, and just as we promised we’re back to give you a shot at winning one of your own. The Delta Pilar kitchen faucet with Touch 2O Technology is pretty much any DIY-lover or enthusiastic chef’s best friend because, just as the commercial below demonstrates, you can wash paint, dirt, eggs, chicken goo or any other home-improvement or cooking related mess off of your hands without ever getting it on your purdy fixture.

We’ve actually had ours installed for a week now and I’ve found it extremely helpful even when doing simple tasks like the dishes (yes, I’m usually in charge of the dishes, but Sherry vacuums so it’s pretty fair around here). Rather than having to reach over to turn the handle on and off, I can interrupt the water by just quickly tapping the spout anywhere, and the technology’s even smart enough to know when you’re gripping the faucet to move it (as we do from basin to basin in our double sink) so it doesn’t interpret that maneuver as an on/off trigger. Consider us impressed.

    it is something my husband does… use my good beach towels for his car projects… he has a nice car and i have ugly towels now.

    My husband cannot be in bed without falling asleep. I honest to god believe he might have mild narcolepsy. It drives me crazy because I’ll be talking to him before falling asleep and I can get about half way through a sentence and he’ll be asleep. It’s crazy!

    Touch me! Well I am crazy in love with my husband so there aren’t too many things that turn me off to him…but I much prefer kissing him when he is clean shaven!

    I can’t stand people who can’t say please and thank you – especially to service industry employees. Just because it’s “their job” doesn’t mean being rude is acceptable :(

    Husband and son’s dirty clothes on the floor instead of in the hamper and wet towels in a pile on the carpet (other son).

    Touch me! With twins on the way, the hands will be full, this would be AWESOME!

    My pet peeve would be when someone is so full of themselves they refer to themselves in third person, or just never stop talking about themselves, or if they name their body parts. Weird.
