Having now been a father for one whole month (Happy 1- month birthday, Clara!) I’m totally psyched for this Sunday: my first Father’s Day. Another reason I’m psyched? Because our friends at Lowe’s have offered to help us celebrate Daddy Day with a handy gift guide mood board along with a totally testosterone-ready prize. So if you’re still scratching you head about what to get ol’ pops, here are a few ideas to get you started. Funny Dad story: We lived in the country on a dirt road growing up, and my Dad decided one time to have a go on my brother’s dirt bike. We saw him blazing down the road, a huge grin on his face, and then we saw him totally wipe out. I totally; the bike went skidding off down the road and my dad went rolling in the opposite direction. Happy Father’s Day Shawn! My hubbie of 5 years is the most wonderful dad and husband. We have a 3 years old and a 18 month old and he is just as involved with the kids as I am.
