Just this past weekend I washed all the windows in the house, inside and out, AND finished white washing & waterproofing an industrial spool that we’ll use as an outdoor coffee table. I sure am glad that both are done, they’ve been hanging over my head for over a year!!!

After a YEAR of DIY rennovation (master bedroom, second story, staircase, office, guest room) I am so excited to finally have finished the heart (<3) of our home, our living room!! What was once four boring beige walls now totes beautiful custom (DIY) molding around the windows, a columed archway into the dining room, a light bareley-there grey wall color, and a coffered accent wall, oh and while we were at it we put in (dimmer) recessed lighting :) Now we just need some great new furniture and acessories…. so FINN ME!!
