I just finished physical therapy for my knee recently. I’m still doing the PT on my own, but I’m walking like a normal human being about 60% of the time (as opposed to ZERO% just 8 weeks ago) and don’t *always* need the ridey cart at the grocery store anymore. If that isn’t an accomplishment worth celebrating, I don’t know what is!
