Fab Freebie: Get Your Fixture Fix

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below!***

And the random person getting their fixture fix this week is… Anne L (who simply described the problem in her bathroom as: “Pink carpet in bathroom?! Nasty!”) Congrats Anne!

Got a bathroom that could use a new faucet? Or new showerhead? Or new just about every fixture? Well then you’re in luck. The generous folks at Moen are dishing out an ENTIRE suite of bathroom fixtures in your choice of three of their most popular collections: the modern 90 Degree, the sexy Voss or the classic Boardwalk. You’ll get:

  • Two bathroom faucets
  • A rainshower showerhead and matching tub spout
  • One 18-inch towel bar
  • Two towel rings, including their new retractable model
  • A pivoting toilet paper holder
  • Two double robe hooks
  • A curved Shower Rod

And just in case you’re not up for DIY-ing the install of all of these sparkly fixtures, they’re gonna toss in a $250 Visa gift card to help you hire it out (or to spend on another finishing touch to your new bathroom makeover). That’s a grand total of up to $1,600 in prizes. I’d say one of you is about to clean up real nice.

Moen Giveaway

  • PRIZE: A new suite of Moen bathroom fixtures (in 90 Degree, Voss or Boardwalk) and a $250 Visa gift card
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “FIX ME” and tell us…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … what in your bathroom is in the most desperate need of an update? Are you faced with old cracked tiles in your shower every morning? Does your mirror and vanity combo leave something to be desired? Or is your old leaky faucet enough to put you in a bad mood?
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, Aug 22th at 8pm EST or at 10,000 entries (whichever comes first)
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The United States (although we do try to wrangle as many international giveaways as possible)
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winner will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday for the announcement of our winner. Good luck…

Note: We aren’t paid or perked for hosting these giveaways, we just do ‘em to thank you awesome folks for stopping in. See our Giveaway FAQ page for more info. Pics courtesy of Moen.

FIX ME! We only have one bathroom in our house and the entire thing is in desperate need of some sprucing up – from the tiles and shower head in the tub, to the sink faucet that barely goes over the edge of the sink basin, so I’m constantly putting my fingers in the emergency drain! This would be amazing!!!

FIX ME! Oh goodness, where do I start? We need a new vanity top (salmon & off-white tile), new sink (scalloped & off-white), a new tub (cigarette burn holes in it from previous renters), new shower tile (off-white, cracked, and grody-looking), a new fixtures all around, and new floor tiles (the tile looks constantly no matter how much scrubbing AND the tiles are cracked). Those are just the needs. I’d also love to frame out the mirror, hang window treatments, and add some art to the walls.

    FIX ME:

The entire thing! The walls need to be redone, the toilet is gross, the floor tile is uneven and has grout all over the top of it, the pedestal sink is cracked and the only outlet requires that you open the medicine cabinet to plug anything in!

Wow, what an awesome giveaway – fix me!

Our bathroom is such an eyesore – every square inch of ceiling, wall and floor is covered with 3″ square tiles, half of which are taped on to keep them in place, and the other half of which are cracked. I would love to demo it completely, but its just not in the budget quite yet… one of these days!

Wellllll I would love if my door actually shut all the way, and if you didn’t have to strategically place your body in the corner to open or shut the door. But the best part, when the upstairs neighbors flush their toilet, a WHOOOOSH of water sounds like it’s going to come out through the wall, and drown you. But a pretty faucet might make those flaws a little less painful!

Most of our bathroom was replaced about 3 years after an unfortunate incident in which my father fell through the shower wall………..turns out the rot was worse than we thought! :-/ But, our vanity is still awful- the white sink top stains and looks dirty constantly, the two doors don’t even match up when the close, you get the point.
