Fab Freebie: Get Your Fixture Fix

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below!***

And the random person getting their fixture fix this week is… Anne L (who simply described the problem in her bathroom as: “Pink carpet in bathroom?! Nasty!”) Congrats Anne!

Got a bathroom that could use a new faucet? Or new showerhead? Or new just about every fixture? Well then you’re in luck. The generous folks at Moen are dishing out an ENTIRE suite of bathroom fixtures in your choice of three of their most popular collections: the modern 90 Degree, the sexy Voss or the classic Boardwalk. You’ll get:

  • Two bathroom faucets
  • A rainshower showerhead and matching tub spout
  • One 18-inch towel bar
  • Two towel rings, including their new retractable model
  • A pivoting toilet paper holder
  • Two double robe hooks
  • A curved Shower Rod

And just in case you’re not up for DIY-ing the install of all of these sparkly fixtures, they’re gonna toss in a $250 Visa gift card to help you hire it out (or to spend on another finishing touch to your new bathroom makeover). That’s a grand total of up to $1,600 in prizes. I’d say one of you is about to clean up real nice.

Moen Giveaway

  • PRIZE: A new suite of Moen bathroom fixtures (in 90 Degree, Voss or Boardwalk) and a $250 Visa gift card
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “FIX ME” and tell us…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … what in your bathroom is in the most desperate need of an update? Are you faced with old cracked tiles in your shower every morning? Does your mirror and vanity combo leave something to be desired? Or is your old leaky faucet enough to put you in a bad mood?
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, Aug 22th at 8pm EST or at 10,000 entries (whichever comes first)
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The United States (although we do try to wrangle as many international giveaways as possible)
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winner will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday for the announcement of our winner. Good luck…

Note: We aren’t paid or perked for hosting these giveaways, we just do ‘em to thank you awesome folks for stopping in. See our Giveaway FAQ page for more info. Pics courtesy of Moen.

Fix me! Both of our bathrooms are in serious need of updating mainly due to the fact that they are BOTH carpeted!! Seriously… what do people think when they carpet the rooms that see the most water use?

FIX ME! We’ve lived in our house for 1.5 years but it was last remodeled by the previous owners in the ’90s… it’s like DJ Jazzy Jeff, Blossom and Uncle Jessie all lived there and incorporated their colorful personalities into the walls, cabinets and hardware. Have Mercy!

    FIX ME!

The faucets in my master bathroom are peeling. What I mean by that is the cheap metallic coating that is supposed to make them look substantial is peeling off….and I’ve only had them for four years. It’s definitely time for an upgrade. My husband and I are also getting ready to put in another full bath, so this prize would come in super handy!

Our Master bath is rediculously outdated for our house’s age (built in 1990.) I think they used materials from the ’60s – and not the cool vintage stuff! Time to update.

FIX ME! My master bath has a one of those fiberglass shower/bath units that is in desperate need of being removed and replaced. It’s faded, cracked and just plain ugly. I’d love a new tub with tile surround, and new Moen faucets to go with it.

    FIX ME!!!

My family is crammed in a tiny 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house that we have been working on renovating. The bathroom is in progress but I have been desperately seeking a new faucet for our bathroom sink and a new shower head too! Our current faucet is corroded and is in need of a replacement, since our tiny 5′ x 8′ can’t get any bigger I would love to make it really stand out!

    FIX ME!!!!

My husband and I are expecting our first child and the baby’s bathroom is not up to par!!! This bathroom has always been the least used and therefore has the absolute worst features: horrible horrible tile, dreadful fixtures that make a loud noise, and a not so pleasant yellow color. Love the Moen fixtures posted above, they already make me excited to redo this bathroom!

Fix Me! We have a great shower head, but the temperature adjustment handles come off while you adjust them! Plus, we have a vanity that’s the pre-made “built in” look, but it’s too small for the space so there are big gaps around it. Also, our towel rod falls off if my husband pulls his towel down too hard (yes I made him take the defective one, it seemed chivalrous).

I know it’s a random drawing, but everything about this bathroom could use some help and attractive fixtures would be a huge starting point! At least if I win you’ll know I’m really thrilled.

Oh goodness. What doesn’t need updating in our bath? All of our fixtures are gold (which we hate), the grout between the tiles in the shower are cracking (hopefully fixing that this weekend), the grout between the tiles on the floor are cracking (no idea why we probably have to fix that first), and most importantly we do NOT have adequate ventilation (if you shower water collects on the ceiling and drips down the walls).

New fixtures would definitely help us out–at least 1 out of our 4 problems would be solved!

FIX ME! Our bathroom is in desperate need of a new shower head. The house is old and I guess everyone was much shorter then because my shower head is so low on the wall that my 6’3″ 16 year old son basically gets the whole bathroom wet when he showers! LOL Yup, I would love new bath fixtures so I can fix that problem LOL. Thanks for sharing such a generous giveaway.

Our bathroom is terrible. It needs to be gutted and completely redone (new bathtub, shower surround, floor tile, faucets, etc.). There’s mold behind the shower wall from before we bought the house, and I think there may be a family of pincher bugs who have moved in to the wall behind there as well. Can’t. Stand. It.

Our basement “bathroom” is a toilet surrounded by shower curtains. If that isn’t fabulous enough, it is an old fashioned toilet with a tank separate from the bowl. Since the pipe linking the tank and the bowl leaks, we leave the water off, and flush it using a bucket when it is used. Winning this fabulous package would be the impetus behind actually doing something to make it into a functioning bathroom (with a sink and shower and flushes and walls and everything!)
