Fab Freebie: Get Your Fixture Fix

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below!***

And the random person getting their fixture fix this week is… Anne L (who simply described the problem in her bathroom as: “Pink carpet in bathroom?! Nasty!”) Congrats Anne!

Got a bathroom that could use a new faucet? Or new showerhead? Or new just about every fixture? Well then you’re in luck. The generous folks at Moen are dishing out an ENTIRE suite of bathroom fixtures in your choice of three of their most popular collections: the modern 90 Degree, the sexy Voss or the classic Boardwalk. You’ll get:

  • Two bathroom faucets
  • A rainshower showerhead and matching tub spout
  • One 18-inch towel bar
  • Two towel rings, including their new retractable model
  • A pivoting toilet paper holder
  • Two double robe hooks
  • A curved Shower Rod

And just in case you’re not up for DIY-ing the install of all of these sparkly fixtures, they’re gonna toss in a $250 Visa gift card to help you hire it out (or to spend on another finishing touch to your new bathroom makeover). That’s a grand total of up to $1,600 in prizes. I’d say one of you is about to clean up real nice.

Moen Giveaway

  • PRIZE: A new suite of Moen bathroom fixtures (in 90 Degree, Voss or Boardwalk) and a $250 Visa gift card
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “FIX ME” and tell us…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … what in your bathroom is in the most desperate need of an update? Are you faced with old cracked tiles in your shower every morning? Does your mirror and vanity combo leave something to be desired? Or is your old leaky faucet enough to put you in a bad mood?
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, Aug 22th at 8pm EST or at 10,000 entries (whichever comes first)
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The United States (although we do try to wrangle as many international giveaways as possible)
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winner will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday for the announcement of our winner. Good luck…

Note: We aren’t paid or perked for hosting these giveaways, we just do ‘em to thank you awesome folks for stopping in. See our Giveaway FAQ page for more info. Pics courtesy of Moen.

Our bathroom is horrible! It has two toned faucets and they got to go! Along with the horrible builder grade white tile everywhere. But that is a whole other story.

FIX ME! Take your pick! 1 bathroom has mirrored light switch plates and seashell sinks, 1 bathroom has pink wall paper and another bathroom has brown plaid wall paper that’s coming down from the ceiling. Yes, the CEILING! (I should mention we bought a great house that needs some TLC).

Fix me please!! Where do I start? The bathtub is horrendous and scares me every time I have to get in it. It has the glass sliding shower doors that make it feel like a cave when I get in and are dang near impossible to keep clean! Its the fiberglass kind ans has all these nooks and crannies where I can never get it clean enough. I feel disgusting even after I get out. There is something wrong with that….

Our bathroom is actually in good shape, as we just remodeled it. However, we are hoping to move sometime in the next 6 months and I don’t doubt that our new place will need fixtures that are much more my style…i.e. the Voss collection… :)

FIX ME! Please! We are in a little 50’s ranch and both baths are in desperate need of a makeover. In the kids bath, the tiles are literally falling off the shower walls but the most pitiful is in our tiny master bath. The small walk in shower is completely – 3 walls, ceiling and floor pan – made up of that nasty plastic fake marble!

    “FIX ME”

We moved into a 1948 home two years ago, and we LOVE it! But…. The toilet in our main bathroom is about 12″ off the ground… you have to basically sit on the floor. We just started talking about remodeling it in our next year budget and that toilet is the first thing to go. I wish I could go “office space” on it :) lol

FIX ME! My 70s-fab master bath is in desperate need of a good gutting! Some past owner of my condo thought it a good idea to install a ceiling fan on the already-too-low bathroom ceiling. I’m terrified to turn it on because it could easily give me an unwanted haircut. This is by far the worst feature of my bathroom, although the rusted-through sink and golden-yellow bathtub win silver and bronze medals.
