Fab Freebie: Get Your Fixture Fix

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below!***

And the random person getting their fixture fix this week is… Anne L (who simply described the problem in her bathroom as: “Pink carpet in bathroom?! Nasty!”) Congrats Anne!

Got a bathroom that could use a new faucet? Or new showerhead? Or new just about every fixture? Well then you’re in luck. The generous folks at Moen are dishing out an ENTIRE suite of bathroom fixtures in your choice of three of their most popular collections: the modern 90 Degree, the sexy Voss or the classic Boardwalk. You’ll get:

  • Two bathroom faucets
  • A rainshower showerhead and matching tub spout
  • One 18-inch towel bar
  • Two towel rings, including their new retractable model
  • A pivoting toilet paper holder
  • Two double robe hooks
  • A curved Shower Rod

And just in case you’re not up for DIY-ing the install of all of these sparkly fixtures, they’re gonna toss in a $250 Visa gift card to help you hire it out (or to spend on another finishing touch to your new bathroom makeover). That’s a grand total of up to $1,600 in prizes. I’d say one of you is about to clean up real nice.

Moen Giveaway

  • PRIZE: A new suite of Moen bathroom fixtures (in 90 Degree, Voss or Boardwalk) and a $250 Visa gift card
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “FIX ME” and tell us…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … what in your bathroom is in the most desperate need of an update? Are you faced with old cracked tiles in your shower every morning? Does your mirror and vanity combo leave something to be desired? Or is your old leaky faucet enough to put you in a bad mood?
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, Aug 22th at 8pm EST or at 10,000 entries (whichever comes first)
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The United States (although we do try to wrangle as many international giveaways as possible)
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winner will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday for the announcement of our winner. Good luck…

Note: We aren’t paid or perked for hosting these giveaways, we just do ‘em to thank you awesome folks for stopping in. See our Giveaway FAQ page for more info. Pics courtesy of Moen.

Fix Me! Everything in my bathroom needs to be fixed! We moved in a year ago and I had to settle for a coat of paint and some decor touches to freshen it up. It was a fail but we only do one (big) project at a time and kitchen has priority.

We are planning and saving to split our large hallway bathroom into a small(er) hallway bathroom and a small master bath. Our current hallway bathroom has original 1960’s turquoise floor tile, which is retro and cool, but has seen it’s better days. If I were to win the give away, the first thing I would spend the money on is a great shower head! That would be a great treat!

Our master bath is a gut job. From the 1970’s tiled walls to the paneled walls where there’s no tile. We are saving for the job so this would certainly bring us closer! :)

FIX ME! We just moved into our house in the beginning of August and are looking forward to DIY-ing a lot of it! That being said, our master bedroom is updated but we’d love to win these fixtures to update our 2nd upstairs bathroom. The tile is what I hate the most, so I’d definitely be happy to put the $250.00 toward that!

FIX ME up with amazing new fixtures for our downstairs bathroom – it’s on the list for a complete renovation this fall/winter and this would be an amazing way to kick things off. You’ve totally inspired us to DIY the projects around our house, and we took on a complete hardwood floor install, painted 5 rooms and installed crown mouldings throughout the house as our summer project.

Our main floor bathroom has faux red marble/or granite (we can’t tell) PAINTED countertops. They also crackled glazed the vanity white with brown crackle. It looks like someone smeared pooh on them. Enough said.

(I’m not touching that room until we can afford to pick up another vanity and top. You should stop by to enjoy the look.)

    Fix Me!

In the process of remodeling our kitchen we tore out the world’s smallest half-bath, so we’re down to one which will be our next project. We already installed a ceiling fan and replaced the rusty sink and the wicker light fixture, but the re-enameled tub is peeling, the wallpaper is mildewy, and the bright pink tiles are popping off the counter.
