Fab Freebie: Get Your Fixture Fix

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below!***

And the random person getting their fixture fix this week is… Anne L (who simply described the problem in her bathroom as: “Pink carpet in bathroom?! Nasty!”) Congrats Anne!

Got a bathroom that could use a new faucet? Or new showerhead? Or new just about every fixture? Well then you’re in luck. The generous folks at Moen are dishing out an ENTIRE suite of bathroom fixtures in your choice of three of their most popular collections: the modern 90 Degree, the sexy Voss or the classic Boardwalk. You’ll get:

  • Two bathroom faucets
  • A rainshower showerhead and matching tub spout
  • One 18-inch towel bar
  • Two towel rings, including their new retractable model
  • A pivoting toilet paper holder
  • Two double robe hooks
  • A curved Shower Rod

And just in case you’re not up for DIY-ing the install of all of these sparkly fixtures, they’re gonna toss in a $250 Visa gift card to help you hire it out (or to spend on another finishing touch to your new bathroom makeover). That’s a grand total of up to $1,600 in prizes. I’d say one of you is about to clean up real nice.

Moen Giveaway

  • PRIZE: A new suite of Moen bathroom fixtures (in 90 Degree, Voss or Boardwalk) and a $250 Visa gift card
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “FIX ME” and tell us…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … what in your bathroom is in the most desperate need of an update? Are you faced with old cracked tiles in your shower every morning? Does your mirror and vanity combo leave something to be desired? Or is your old leaky faucet enough to put you in a bad mood?
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, Aug 22th at 8pm EST or at 10,000 entries (whichever comes first)
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The United States (although we do try to wrangle as many international giveaways as possible)
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winner will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday for the announcement of our winner. Good luck…

Note: We aren’t paid or perked for hosting these giveaways, we just do ‘em to thank you awesome folks for stopping in. See our Giveaway FAQ page for more info. Pics courtesy of Moen.

FIX ME! We have two bathrooms to renovate in our historic home. Long story short: horrific 1980 remodel. The most annoying parts of both rooms are, in fact, the fixtures because we use the fixtures everyday; They are leaky and yucky and we’re looking forward to replacing them.

Our shower needs to be replaced! It is a stand alone shower and has almost no ventillation, so if someone forgets to leave the shower door open after showering, its guaranteed to stink like mildew – YUCK!

New (old) house on the very near horizon. Will have to spruce up a lot of stuff. The old tub is the most major bathroom project ahead of us.

The house we bought has those trendy glass bowls – which are pretty to look at and completely impractical to use. We would tell anyone thinking of installing one to stay away! Plus the sink faucets that go with them spray water everywhere.

Hmm, I can’t decide what the worst part is, the old, ugly almond bathfitter shower, the yellow oak vanity with plaid countertops or the 99 cent peel and stick floor. Needless to say winning this would certainly help!

Fix me! Oh boy…our downstairs bath is our last room to remodel for an obvious reason…it is awful! Our walls are plywood, there is a hole in the ceiling, the fan is obnoxiously loud, there are cracks in the tile floor, I could go on and on. We have to gut everything! It would be great to be able to jump-start this reno!

FIX ME! What doesn’t need to be fixed in my bathroom? I call it the bathroom of despair. The toilet runs (yeah, I already tried to fix it and only made it worse). The tub trap is cracked, so it leaks if you tried to use it and vents sewer gases the rest of the time. And the sink always drains slowly. It’s awful!

FIX ME!!! Oh where to begin. The worst in our bathroom is probably that the shower id supposed to only be used as a tub so the panelrd walls are looking pretty rough and we have covered the window with frosty spray-painted plexi glass. These fixtures would be the perfect start to an upcoming major renovation!

FIX ME!!! Master bath sink is leaky, there is a peach faux plaster finish on the walls and possibly our shower is leaky. Unfounded mainly because my husband is fearful to open that can of worms. NOt to mention the wonderful 80’s yellow beige tile. Looks great with the faux plaster walls which have been a bear to sand. Maybe we should just put new drywall up.
