Fab Freebie: Get Your Fixture Fix

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below!***

And the random person getting their fixture fix this week is… Anne L (who simply described the problem in her bathroom as: “Pink carpet in bathroom?! Nasty!”) Congrats Anne!

Got a bathroom that could use a new faucet? Or new showerhead? Or new just about every fixture? Well then you’re in luck. The generous folks at Moen are dishing out an ENTIRE suite of bathroom fixtures in your choice of three of their most popular collections: the modern 90 Degree, the sexy Voss or the classic Boardwalk. You’ll get:

  • Two bathroom faucets
  • A rainshower showerhead and matching tub spout
  • One 18-inch towel bar
  • Two towel rings, including their new retractable model
  • A pivoting toilet paper holder
  • Two double robe hooks
  • A curved Shower Rod

And just in case you’re not up for DIY-ing the install of all of these sparkly fixtures, they’re gonna toss in a $250 Visa gift card to help you hire it out (or to spend on another finishing touch to your new bathroom makeover). That’s a grand total of up to $1,600 in prizes. I’d say one of you is about to clean up real nice.

Moen Giveaway

  • PRIZE: A new suite of Moen bathroom fixtures (in 90 Degree, Voss or Boardwalk) and a $250 Visa gift card
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “FIX ME” and tell us…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … what in your bathroom is in the most desperate need of an update? Are you faced with old cracked tiles in your shower every morning? Does your mirror and vanity combo leave something to be desired? Or is your old leaky faucet enough to put you in a bad mood?
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, Aug 22th at 8pm EST or at 10,000 entries (whichever comes first)
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The United States (although we do try to wrangle as many international giveaways as possible)
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winner will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday for the announcement of our winner. Good luck…

Note: We aren’t paid or perked for hosting these giveaways, we just do ‘em to thank you awesome folks for stopping in. See our Giveaway FAQ page for more info. Pics courtesy of Moen.

“fix me” our bathroom linoleum is currently held together with duck tape! Thankfully it’s in places that we can hide with rugs.

Our shower enclosure is horrible! The door is broken, it leaks, and it’s gold. There are also country blue accent tiles in the shower. Yuck. Our shower needs some massive updating!

FIX ME! Our ENTIRE master bathroom is in need of repair and updating, but the worst is probably the shower door. The seal is broken, so it’s all foggy and grimy between the glass panels, and it won’t shut properly, so we’ve had a problem with water leaking out of the shower and damaging the wood trim. Second place probably goes to the vanity, which has drawer fronts/cabinet doors in three different shades of white, and one drawer that’s missing its front entirely!

FIX ME! Wow- we are right in the midst of a bathroom renovation that is taking FOREVER…. sigh. I certainly hope that this one will be nice when it is done.. but now the other b.room will look like crud in comparison. #1 priority in the hall bath is the leaky tub faucet… Boy these ones from Moen would look pretty pretty in there!

    FIX ME!

My sink and toilet are the product of the previous owners remodeling debacle! The sink hot water handle does not work, the toilet requires a handle ‘hold’ time (count to 10). It’s most embarrassing when guests are over!

I want to replace the pedestal sinks in our guest bathrooms. They are from the ’30s, and they have rust stains on them that cannot be cleaned. It would make brushing your teeth in those bathrooms so much more enjoyable.

FIX ME!!! The one most annoying thing in my bathroom that needs fixed is one of the the shell shaped tile towel racks was broken in half when we moved in to our house and we haven’t been able to find a matching set (not that I want shell towel racks but they match….) so there are two missing tiles right next to the sink!

Our home is from the 90s, so it isn’t falling apart, but it is outdated in a can’t pass for vintage cool kinda way. Almond sinks, baths, and toilets. Not really our thing. We’re slowly updating the vanities, mirrors, etc. in all three baths- the fixtures would be excellent, too!

FIX ME! I don’t think there is anything in my master bathroom that DOESN’T need an update! The 1960’s vinyl floors are ugly, faded and gross, the tile around the tub is clean and in good condition but just plain ugly, the toilet is probably 90 years old but WORST of ALL is the sink/vanity! The base cabinet is old, dirty and falling apart. The countertop is plain and boring and the fixtures go squeeeeeeak when I turn them on. Then, I look up and there is the most HIDEOUS mirror with non-working, disgusting florescent lights along both sides, running the length of the mirror. Please, please fix me!

We just moved into the house. The entire master bathroom is GREEN. Not a pretty green, but an old avocado green (even the toilet). The floor is even funkier. Not only are all the fixtures bad, who ever lived here previously painted over wallpaper (a gross white yellow color). The bathroom looks like one big sneeze. It is a mess. This would really help!
