If clothes make the man, you might say that hardware makes the kitchen. So it’s pretty sweet that Liberty Hardware is hooking one of you up with the chance to give your whole kitchen (or bathroom, for that matter) a major facelift thanks to $400 (yep, four-zero-zero) worth of knobs, pulls, switch plates, hooks, or anything else from their stylin’ catalog.     GIVE ME LIBERTY! We have a kitchen reno coming up this fall! I was SURE I wanted oil rubbed bronze. However, my 1975 kitchen has this crazy antiqued brass center-mounted pulls on all the cabinets. Looking at them for six months has totally ruined the look of dark hardware on white cabinets for me. Now we are going to go with the brushed nickel. I’m going to be really upset when brushed nickel is declared “dated.”

    GIMME SOME LIBERTY (please). I’m all about the bushed nickel, since the polished chrome thing reminds me of my father’s motorcycle, and gold/brass/bronze feels a little too 1980s for me.

    GIVE ME LIBERTY!!! I’m a brushed/satin nickel girl, always have been and probably always will be. It goes with just about everything, and it isn’t as sterile looking as stainless steel can be. This fab freebie is perfect timing!! I’ve been in the process of painting my kitchen cabinets for the last, oh, five months :D Here’s to hoping!

    Give ME Liberty!!! Please, I could so use this. When we bought our house three years ago we painted all the hardware an oil-rubbed bronze. It definitely helped, however I really need new hardware. The old hardware has pieces that stick out and get caught on EVERYTHING! Like pants, skirts, shorts, hair straightening iron cords. I have even torn some pairs of pants on them!

    I have been a brushed nickel, but am thinking rubbed oil would look great with the cabinets that we have waiting to be installed….

    I don’t even KNOW what kind of hardware girl I am anymore…all I know is that we have some butt-ugly 70s hardware in our bathroom and some super boring silver ones in our kitchen. Both are in desperate need of some improvement.

    I tend to go for classic black or oil-rubbed bronze pulls, but I also like brushed nickel in bathrooms.

    GIVE ME LIBERTY! Oh my goodness, I could only wish to win these. We are going on are third year of a newly remodeled kitchen with no hardware (funds ran out due to some employment changes) and with flush drawers and doors, it certainly could be easier to get those babies open. I would really love some brushed nickel bin pulls!
