If clothes make the man, you might say that hardware makes the kitchen. So it’s pretty sweet that Liberty Hardware is hooking one of you up with the chance to give your whole kitchen (or bathroom, for that matter) a major facelift thanks to $400 (yep, four-zero-zero) worth of knobs, pulls, switch plates, hooks, or anything else from their stylin’ catalog. So this could be your shot to make your kitchen more modern with sleek stainless steel pulls or to turn up the traditional vibe with some classic oil-rubbed bronze knobs (or something else entirely- they have lots to choose from).

    GIVE ME LIBERTY (please pick me)!! I love anything modern (brushed nickel or really anything with modern lines) and boy does my kitchen need a face lift. What we have now is so retro that it just might come back in (but I doubt it…blah!).

    Black or oil rubbed bronze… I’m in need of something dark to offset the white cabinets and counters in the new condo we’re closing on Friday! The owner didn’t put any in after the reno’ed the kitchen, so it’s the one choice left to complete the reno.

    Knobs can be the icing on the cake, the sparkling candy, or the wow factor for any piece of furniture or kitchen. I haven’t done up a dresser yet, but will soon. The two knobs on the website that that I would pick for my next project if I would win would be the glass roses or the amethyst knobs. Cute! GIVE ME LIBERTY!

    Give me liberty! I love the look of polished nickel, but we just ordered brushed nickel for our bathroom remodel (faucet, tub fixtures and faucet) – it’s the more sane choice for a hall bath.

    GIVE ME LIBERTY! I don’t know what I like best. Sometimes I prefer brushed nickel – sometimes oil rubbed bronze. I guess it depends on the other colors.

    GIVE ME LIBERTY! From the dated brass hardware in my kitchen! I love oil rubbed bronze for the kitchen. We did redo one bathroom with brushed nickel which was fabulous, but the kitchen definitely wants the oil rubbed bronze!
