So it’s pretty sweet that Liberty Hardware is hooking one of you up with the chance to give your whole kitchen (or bathroom, for that matter) a major facelift thanks to $400 (yep, four-zero-zero) worth of knobs, pulls, switch plates, hooks, or anything else from their stylin’ catalog. So this could be your shot to make your kitchen more modern with sleek stainless steel pulls or to turn up the traditional vibe with some classic oil-rubbed bronze knobs (or something else entirely- they have lots to choose from).

    the last owners liked gold for all the switch plates! would love to replace every single one of them : )

    Guess I’ve never really thought much about it…
    But I tend toward brushed nickel… though we have one room in the house that oil rubbed bronze is perfect for…
    so I guess it’s more about the room and the color scheme than sticking with one finish throughout.

    Just re-painted the entire inside of our home and ditched all the brass for oil rubbed bronze, saving up to switch the kitchen cabinets and bathrooms.

    I love brushed nickel. In our new house most of the hardware is brushed but then they threw in some really shiny stuff out of nowhere…so weird.

    I’m mostly a brushed nickel girl, but we just put oil-rubbed bronze in our kitchen – works much better with the counter coloring.

    GIVE ME LIBERTY, please! Like lots of folks here, I like brushed nickel and oil-rubbed bronze, plus a nice pewter here and there. I am very anti-brass, anti-gold, anti-super-shiny. :)
