So it’s pretty sweet that Liberty Hardware is hooking one of you up with the chance to give your whole kitchen (or bathroom, for that matter) a major facelift thanks to $400 (yep, four-zero-zero) worth of knobs, pulls, switch plates, hooks, or anything else from their stylin’ catalog. So this could be your shot to make your kitchen more modern with sleek stainless steel pulls or to turn up the traditional vibe with some classic oil-rubbed bronze knobs (or something else entirely- they have lots to choose from).

    I love oil rubbed bronze and brushed nickle. (I also love almost anything shabby chic) My new house is SCREAMING for some new (non 80’s) fixtures :)

    I’ve got seriously old brass throughout that is extremely nonfunctional or my taste, and I’d love to update with something fun like colored lass doorknobs and black hardware. Kitchen could use some bright new hardware too, though I don’t know if I’m bold enough to go with “monster eye” yellow!

    I love the whole bronze look, but only in brand new houses where it’s throughout — I wouldn’t want it in my house, because I like all my metal to match, and I can’t afford an entire switch out!

    and some not-knobs for my home! I always catch my pockets on those *&%^$# knobs! Looks like brushed nickel and rubbed bronze are the new looks. I’d take dirt as long as it wasn’t knob shaped.

    If only I could decide on a finish. I’ve been leaning toward brushed nickel…. but basically, I like any finish that’s not too shiny. Decisions, decisions!
