If clothes make the man, you might say that hardware makes the kitchen. So it’s pretty sweet that Liberty Hardware is hooking one of you up with the chance to give your whole kitchen (or bathroom, for that matter) a major facelift thanks to $400 (yep, four-zero-zero) worth of knobs, pulls, switch plates, hooks, or anything else from their stylin’ catalog. So this could be your shot to make your kitchen more modern with sleek stainless steel pulls or to turn up the traditional vibe with some classic oil-rubbed bronze knobs (or something else entirely- they have lots to choose from).

    Brushed nickel all the way, baby! We are working on replacing all of the trashy 90s gold knobs and door hinges in our entire house, not to mention all of the gold light fixtures that we’ve already done away with. The kitchen is next!

    It depends on the room and the color scheme. I love brushed nickel with the dark tones, but oil-rubbed bronze for distressed white.

    I love me some brushed nickel esp. against white cabinets. My husband and I just bought a house and with it inherited one heck of a kitchen – 1980s cabinets, flower wallpaper (that matches the gorgeous flower lineoleoum flooring) and some old bronze (I think they are bronze, they are kind of dirty) – cabinet hardware…try not to be jealous. :)

    GIVE ME LIBERTY! I LOVE the oil rubbed bronze, going with chrome in our recent remodel though. It goes with more of the features we previously have, aka fits in the budget!

    I have always been partial to the clean look of brushed nickle. Some oil rubbed bronze is always nice in certain cases. Speaking of these, I really need some knobs for my kitchen cabinets. I am getting tired of just having to pull them open from underneath! You’d think after two years in our newly refinished house (DIY all the way) that I would have gotten this taken care of already!!

    I’m normally a brushed nickel fan, but have been leaning towards doing more of an oil-rubbed bronze for the kitchen cabinets- so this would be so great to get us moving in that direction!

    Give me Liberty! We’re brushed nickel in our house. It’s taken almost a year and what feels like million dollars updating every. single. knob. in our house. We still have to do the hinges and (hopefully??) the renovated kitchen!
