Fab Freebie: I’ll Stop The World & Felt With You

I don’t use the word “adorable” very often, but I may just have to break it out for this week’s giveaway. Eleni Creative uses felt to make (here it comes…) adorable creations for babies, kids and even adults. And they’re offering up two great prize options for one winner this week.

For those who have a baby in the house or one on the way (or just really love mobiles), you can commission a custom felt mobile to fit the theme of your nursery or choose from one of Eleni’s existing designs, like flying birds – which looks great in a familiar looking nursery (because it’s one we house crashed last fall).

Of course you can also request for something cheekier, like flying pigs (look at that awesome craftsmanship).

And for older kids (or older kids at heart) you can opt for TWO of Eleni’s quirky stuffed animals called Zoonies. They’d obviously be fun for a kids room, but Sherry and I could see them adding a bit of whimsy to your usual collection of throw pillows too (the elephant could totally live on the daybed in our sunroom and the whale would even work on our bed).

    Felt me up BABY! My girlfriend in Jersey is having a baby in March and I’d love to hand deliver one of these adorable creations

    Pretty much any Madonna song from the 80’s and yes I wore my white lace gloves and a bow in my hair.

    “FELT ME UP”

    I’m more of a ’90’s music girl…but I’ve gotta say that even though I was only 3 yrs old when it was release, Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believing” has recently grabbed my ear. This rendition by the cast of Fox’s Glee gets stuck in my head in a good way! They put a new twist on a classic oldie!

    My fave 80’s songs are “We Belong,” by Pat Benatar, Cyndy Lauper’s “Time After Time,” and MJ’s “Thriller” (I am the one on the dance floor at weddings and special occasions doing the WHOLE dance like the MJ freak that I am!).

    Hmmm! What 80s song don’t I love? It reminds me of my childhood and in my opinion one of the best decades of music. I grew up with older brothers so I listened to alot of 80s big hair bands. haha!

    Thriller is probably number 1 of the top 80 songs. These dreams by heart and Every breath you take by the police…

    There are just so many great 80s songs its hard to pick a fave.

    Since I was born half way through the 80s, my favorite song that I listened to/sang during that era would be a kids song: I’m Being Eaten By a Boa Constrictor!

    FELT ME UP! The little girl I’m expecting in March would love a pig mobile.

    And as for favorite 80s songs, I loved Madonna’s “Borderline” and Tiffany “I Think We’re Alone Now”. I made up dance routines to both in elementary school.
