We’ve always loved snagging cheap finds for our house at both stores – like the nailhead trimmed ottoman in our bedroom (from T.J. Maxx) and just about every pillow in our den (from Marshalls).

I’m most excited about giving gifts to my 16 month old! She was a little into gifts this year, mostly the bows, but she’s going to be really into this year. She saw her first up close tree last night at her Chi Chi & Grandpa’s house and she was amazed. She wanted to touch every ornament!
I’m really fighting the urge to buy a wii for myself. I’m doing a mini reno on my master bath, I’d love a new mirror from tj!! Or some linens!

I’m really wanting a bedroom set. We have a lovely duvet but we co-sleep and can’t use it now but I’m getting cold with just thin blankets so I want a warm but thin and baby safe quilt. Of course, pottery barn has one I love but its a tad expensive. Maybe I should check out TJMaxx and then send my husband back if I find one I like…you know, so he can buy it for me and keep up the illusion that its a present.
