We’ve always loved snagging cheap finds for our house at both stores – like the nailhead trimmed ottoman in our bedroom (from T.J. Maxx) and just about every pillow in our den (from Marshalls).

I’ve asked for a potato chopper of all things :) since we love to make homemade baked potato fries.
I’m most excited to give our children the gift of a playroom… we are converting part of our garage into one and hanging painting canvas so they can have a “wall of painting” and we’re putting a little trampoline out there for a way to get energy out in the winter months, etc.

top gift for myself this christmas? finding tons of new projects to work on for the house – many a thrift store redo! Top gifts I’m giving this christmas? I found an autographed cast photo from the Wizard of Oz – my mom’s all time favorite movie – at a antique store and framed it to give as a stocking stuffe -I just wish I would be there to see the look on her face when she opens it!
