Fab Freebie: Office Party

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – scroll down to see who won!***

We’ve got two prizes coming from two office-tastic sources, so your dreams of a new and improved home office might just come true (even if by home office you mean a laptop on your kitchen counter).

Let’s start with Three by Three Seattle who designs and manufactures home, kitchen, and office accessories with an emphasis on both form and function. And that’s exactly what you’ll get if you’re the winner of this bamboo dry erase board called the Channel Panel. Not only does it cleverly disguise its dry erase capabilities with the modern wood finish, but the channel slices hold stainless steel accessories for bonus function. Almost makes you want to be productive, eh?

Office Supplies Three By Th

The next prize also lets you be the most stylish passenger on the productivity train: it’s a $100 gift card to anything from Cute As Pie Office Supplies. They’re a great online source for colorful, cheeky and (yes) cute supplies like file folders, notepads and pencil holders that sure beat whatever you can steal (er, borrow) from your company’s supply closet.

Office Supplies Cute As Pie

Now here’s the official info for this week – but read carefully, because some of the “usual stuff” ain’t so usual anymore.

  • PRIZE: A Large Channel Panel bamboo dry erase board from Three by Three Seattle and a $100 gift card to Cute As Pie Office Supplies
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “OFFICE ME” and…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … if you could work in any type of office, what would it be? Would you love an open light-filled space where the creativity can fly? Something in the corner with a grand view? Or maybe you’d prefer to work from home or… better yet… the beach!
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, October 6th at 8pm EST
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The 50 United States
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winner will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday AS AN UPDATE TO THIS POST. That’s right, come right here Thursday morning for the announcement of our winner and a special discount for everyone else. Good luck…

******************************

This giveaway’s random winner is… Megan (who wants an open office with lots of windows). Congrats!

For everyone else, don’t miss out on these great discounts:

  • Take 25% off all orders from Three by Three Seattle with code YOUNGHOUSE through Oct 15th.
  • Take 10% off all orders from Cute As Pie Office Supplies with code YHL through Oct 21st. Plus, all orders over $100 will get free shipping!

Note: We weren’t paid or perk’d for hosting this giveaway, we just take them on to reward our lovely readers! See our Giveaway FAQs page for more info. Pics from Three by Three Seattle and Cute As Pie Office Supplies.

    OFFICE ME!!!

My current office is in my living room crowded and covered in stuff from my 5 person family. I would love my very own room with lots of color and less clutter!!!

An office with windows would be nice. Spent the last four years in a cubicle or a windowless office. Soooo depressing!

I really wish that I could work from home. I am so much more productive between 1 pm and 10 pm that I truly wish I could blow away the traditional 8 am to 5 pm hours that I work now.

OFFICE ME! I work from my home office now, but dream of the day I can buy/rent an old whitewashed brick building I’ve spotted in town. I’d have a stationery boutique up front and a printing press in the back. It’d be decorated in earth tones with pops of greens and oranges. Fingers crossed!

I tried working from the beach when I lived on Oahu. I “brainstormed” a lot (read: daydreamed). I would love to be able to replicate the openness of that location with a substantial, everything in its place, work space in front of a window.

I recently revamped my office, I love my apricot walls and my antique white Pottery Barn desk…I am going for a comfortable yet chic office. I work as travel agent, blogger, and craft-o-maniac, so organization is key to my success and style.

if i had the choice i’d want a super-organized, light space. lots of little drawers with labels, shelves, books and all the “ugly” stuff (printer, cables etc) somehow put away. and a big, fluffy chair to be creative (and/or take naps, read…) in. and scented candles. i love good smelling homes.

My husband just built me a “studio”. Too nice to call a craft room. In a nutshell, he built a 17 foot desk space for me. Its gorgeous. We used kitchens countertops from ikea – both beech and white laminate. Pretty impressive. I could use some fancy/different office organizer thingy do’s. How fun!

I recently just graduated college and I’m back at home with my PARENTS! I’m trying to go the freelance route in the world of graphic design and my “office” is in my bedroom! My dream office is something light and cheery with beautiful pieces for inspiration. Because my dream office is not in the cards for me right now, I have to go for practicality – I need something in the corner with lots of tools for organization, all while looking fabulous of course! :)

I work for a design firm but instead of being in the studio (which is all windows and high ceilings) I’m on the first level surrounded by beige tackable walls. (I work in marketing, hence, no studio desk.) But I’d love to be upstairs absorbing the light, watching the rain fall, or whatever. I LOVE OFFICE SUPPLIES and organizing, so I hope I win!! And good luck with selling your house!
