I would have a floor to ceiling window that I kept two overstuffed chairs in front of. No overhead lighting only lamps and maybe a skylight. And the window would face a park. Not sure how much work I would get done but whatever I did do I would feel great doing it!

If I could work in any type of office, I would work from home or a local coffee shop I visit often. Technically, I half work from home, and half work at an office as a graphic designer :-) but I would create an actual home office at home and make it look really awesome. My dream office would be from home in the country with scenery of a lot of trees and maybe even the mountains. It would be a cozy office, huge windows, and a fireplace. I would have built in bookshelves (a lot of them) and a cozy desk chair, not a typical ugly office chair.

Office Me! I’d love to work from home – my dream home (a ranch 50 miles from the nearest neighbor), but of course, if I’m in my dream home, I won the lottery and will not be working. But in the real world, I’d like my windows to face west and not north. I can’t see the great thunderstorms roll in that we sometimes get out here in the desert SW.

I work in a basement at our family business. And everything always just gets piled up around my desk. I would love an ORGANIZED office, and ideally above ground so I can see outdoors throughout the day. My dream office would be on the beach and all open and airy, but that’s hard to do in Illinois.
