Happy Memorial Day! We’re spending the holiday with our family, but wanted to drop in with today’s giveaway. And let’s keep the counting that we did in the title going all the way to five hundred! Because someone’s getting $500 to spend on FLOR this week. Huzzah! You probably know FLOR as a source for modular rugs, which means you can make a rug, runner, or even wall-to-wall carpet by assembling any combination of their square carpet tiles. They’re great for covering bare floors and are know for their cheery colors, fun patterns, and stylish imagery (their catalog is always good eye candy). So start counting out carpet tiles and crossing your fingers that those five-hundred beans find their way to you.

FLOR ME! My lucky number is five! I don’t know when it started, but many life milestones end up reflecting a multiple of five somehow. And now I just use it for luck when I can. Like our wedding date: originally 10.10.10 then changed to 05.15.10 once we found out our baby was due on 10.15.10 :)

It would FLOR ME to get one of these rugs and here’s hoping my lucky number 7 helps me out. As a kid I was in the back of my parents blue chevy playing a toy plastic slot machine and got 777 (I think everyone did) but it stuck and coincided with my 7/7 birthday. Now the 7th song on most CD’s is usually my favorite.

My favorite/lucky number is 13. My husband and I got married on Friday the 13th (we like to go against the norm on things like that), the way we announced we were having a girl was with 13 ballons (2 popped out of the 15 we bought), and we’re pretty sure she will come the day before her due date, which is August 13th!
