My favorite has got to be of my dog snoozing on his bed on the way back from a trip to an Oklahoma ranch. While there were great pics of Oklahoma sunsets, and birds nesting in outdoor light fixtures–my fur baby was probably one of the better subjects for Instagram pics from my summer vacay!

My boyfriend came to visit, and we hopped into a photo booth one night to snap a couple of random pictures. Just before the last shot was taken, a seriously drunk guy fell into the booth, right onto our laps, and then quickly jumped back out. The picture ended up capturing us looking at each other with shock, amusement, and with truly candid expressions as a drunk guy was sprawled across our laps. Hiarious.

Best photo was taken 2 weeks ago at the Old Crow Medicine Show + Lumineers concert. Black & White filter on Instrgram make it look amazing. The mason jar chandeliers over the stage made it even better :D

POP ME! A picture I took of the view from a random rib shack where we stopped on our road trip this summer. We just happened to stumble on it right at sunset, and the view was completely amazing – complete with the little pig weather vane silhouetted against it. Brings back the best memories.

My favorite photo of the summer is from a trip to Montana/Wyoming – we found out that were were only 15 minutes from the Idaho line at one point and knew we needed to be able to say we’ve set foot in Idaho at least once. The photo is the perfect instagrammed snapshot of the coveted “Welcome to Idaho” sign!

My favorite Instagram from this summer is one I took in downtown Wilmington. It was a sticky Friday night, and we were watching a Led Zeppelin tribute band perform. The sun was setting and I snapped a picture of the Battleship North Carolina – it’s silhouetted against an orange/blue sky. So pretty, and a good memory to boot :-)

POP Me. So many great photos from this summer. I’d have to say my fave is a black and white of Mary (our puppy) on Canon Beach with Haystack rock in the background. It is a classic, cloudy, PNW day, but she is just loving puppy life on the beach. I love Instagram so much. Too bad I’m not always that “instant” on it.

Is it really sad that I did not take a SINGLE picture this Summer? Despite three weddings and numbers summer adventures, I have no pictures from the months of June to August.
