And that’s the idea behind HouseTalent, a free site where you can easily upload before pics, progress shots, and after photos of the DIYs that are going on in your digs. The friendly interface makes browsing other peoples’ accomplishments just as easy as uploading your own inspiration – from small furniture builds to major room overhauls. And to help you get some of your projects ready to share, HouseTalent is giving away a $250 gift card to World Market this week. Speaking of the world, this giveaway is available internationally – so if World Market doesn’t ship to you, you can select a local alternative for your gift card.

    My special talent is taking care of people/issues when the $h!t hits the fan. I’m cool under pressure. I may freak out over the little things in life, but life threatening circumstances are no sweat for me. Strange, eh?

    I’M TALENTED!!! My husband travels a lot for work, and I still manage to work full time, get the kids, cook dinner, play outside and get them bathed and in bed on a daily basis :) I consider that talent!

    I’M TALENTED…I can solve trig equations (i.e sin, cos, tan, etc.) on a moments notice. I can also manage to get myself lost driving on a route I’ve driven many times before…yeap, this is talent.

    I’m talented
    I can read a book and watch a movie and actually follow both stories without getting confused.
    Oh, and I seem to have a special ability when at a restaurant to remember what everyone at my table has ordered! :-)

    I’M TALENTED!!

    I remember people REALLY well – names, info, life story, etc – even after only briefly speaking with them. The only exception: when I first met the man who is now my husband, he had to remind me of his name at the end of our conversation!

    I’M TALENTED! My special ability is being able to recognize spices by their smell. Comes in handy in the home kitchen, can be slightly annoying in restaurants…There is just no way to say “Man, they put too much coriander in this dish” without coming off as a food snob.
