We’ve come down to major house renovation 2 since purchasing our house. It’s a big one (both in time and dollas!) – 2 major bathroom redos. We’ve gone too long without a shower that doesn’t have a corroded door or plastic ceramic tile look-alike surround, proper ventilation, and sinks the height for a 4-year old.

My number 1 fall project is actually not home decor related, it’s myself! Once it gets cooler i’m going to hit the gym and exercise outside some more. It’s just too hot to gather extra sweat right now.
In other news, I am also searching all over for a sideboard or buffet to refinish, to house all my arts and crafts supplies. But who knows what time of year i will get around tothat lol.

Our late fall/winter plans include doing some renovations to our master bathroom so we can use it, and maybe replacing the toilet in our other bathroom for a more efficient (less leaky) one.
