We are working with an architect to plan a dormer addition this fall, and the hardest part (for me) will be NOT takign on any small projects, since the big one will likely displace us for a while and inspire us when complete!

We are redoing our den. I have finally succeeded into talking my husband into letting me paint the knotty pine! (I actually think I am going to “tan wash” it, using tan paint instead of white. That way we compromised on the wood look.

Talk to me! I’m so excited for a lot of fall/winter projects. We plan to spruce up the dining room with new chairs (and ditch our old college ones that are falling apart) and I’m hoping to add a headboard for our bedroom to make it more finished and put together. “Talk to Me”. Our list is super long for fall/winter. We are needing to plant some more big landscaping items to finish off the backyard. We are hoping to install a larger patio area so that our patio table won’t just be sitting on the grass and killing it.
