This fall we hope to work on the deck (this summer was taken up by the master bathroom). We also would like to build a faux fireplace/mantel and bookshelves for the living room, and a console table similar to yours for behind our Karl sectional (yours minus the chaise at the end).

I don’t even know where to start with this list because we should be closing on a fixer upper in the next couple days. We are basically fixing up everything inside and outside of this house. Our 203k loan renos with cover the baths, windows, doors, floors and part of the kitchen. We can’t wait!

Talk to me! We have a large dog crate in our bedroom that currently has an extremely shoddy table over it. My plans for this fall are to get a better table for that spot, one with adjustable legs because the the crate is tall and we haven’t found any regular table legs that are tall enough.

Onef or big upcoming projects is removing a structural wall in our house, and replacing it with a hidden beam in the attic. Definitely a fall/winter job–no one wants to be working in a southern attic in July!

We’re taking a major renovation. We are removing the old, horrible plaster lath from our office and master bedroom, expanding the master bedroom closet, and making it all pretty again. $500 to C&B would go A LONG way to helping us put it all back together again :)
