Oh my goodness, we have so many! We bought our first house two months ago and have really enjoyed discovering your blog. The short list of projects:
restain the deck, recover tufted ottoman purchased from craigslist, DIY some art for the living room, have our chimney swept, and get someone to fix the retaining wall that keeps our front yard off of driveway (really, that’s first on the list, but not nearly as fun!)

We just bought a gazebo on clearance at Home Depot, so we hope to get it put up in time for some nice fall weather! Also on the to-do is replacing some of our outlets (cords just fall right out of some!) – I know that one is super exciting:)

I am making the second bedroom in my 2-bedroom condo an office/guest room rather than only a guest room – which is how it is currently set up. A $500 Crate and Barrel gift card would absolutely come in handy as I have my eye on some fabulous home office pieces they offer.

We just put in new hardwoods. We had some help but my husband did the trim all by himself and it looks amazing. These beautiful floors that we have been waiting 5 years for now make our old hand-me-down furniture look BAD. We have plans to hit up some local thrift stores to see what we can rework and bring home. We want to make some super cool art, for our new space, with our kids. We also have a bathroom renno to do. New tile, new vanity, and trying our best to remove polyurethane stripes from the bathroom wall. We are ready to give this house an overhaul!
