I don’t have any tattoos and probably won’t be getting any. I just can’t think of something I’d want permanently on my body. I do like wrist tatoos but again, what word would I want there forever? :)

I only have one tattoo…it’s the latter half of 1 Corinthians 13:13 and it’s on the right side of my ribcage. For those of you not familiar with the verse, it says “The Greatest of these is Love.”

I LOVE tattoos, but don’t have any myself. I like to change things up so much that I am nervous about anything permanent on my skin. If I do end up with a tattoo it will probably go from my hip up my back, most likely Japanese or Japanese inspired. It will probably include a dragon, a wave, cherry blossoms, and somehow incorporate honeysuckle in there somewhere. Not like I have thought about it though. (wink)

I’m so glad I have never gotten a tattoo, period… far too permanent- and, let’s face it- things eventually move South with age, so that once tiny tattoo morphs into something far bigger/distorted!!

I have two tattoos. The kanji symbol for friendship is on my ankle (lesson learned.. friendship tattoos might be as awful as idea as name-of-your-love tattoos..
I also have a peace dove on my shoulder. I want more but don’t want to be casual about it; it will take some time to decide.

I love my tattoos. HOWEVER, one is on my hip and I got it at the age of 19, convinced that I would never have children and it would look awesome and badass forever. Now I am knocked up. It should be pretty interesting seeing what it transforms into as I get a big belly! Oh silly 19 year old thinking.

Speaking of “cleaning things up” I’m going to swallow my pride and share that I got a cherry tattoo on my hip when I was 20. Thought it was super cute then and now I realize maybe not the best idea. We all make mistakes right? My hubby and I are wanting to expand our family in the next couple years, and after that baby comes I’m going to cover that cherry up with something a lot more meaningful (or maybe just get rid of it all together if it turns into something more of an apple during pregnancy). :)

I have a butterfly tattoo on my left shoulder. I got it as a post divorce… I am going to do something crazy. When I first got it and I would be out with my girlfriends for drinks.. you would be surprised how many people (mostly guys) would lick there finger and try to rub it off.. when I would turn around in disgust and ask what in gods name were they thinking, they would say I thought it was a rub on. BLAH GROSS!!!
I just went recently to get another tattoo with my sister and friend and when I got in there I chickened out.. and just had my tattoo re-done so it was brighter and not so dull.

Tattoo Me! Actually, I’m scared to DEATH of needles, so I’ve always been too scared to get a tattoo. Although, I thought about tattooing a blue dot on my hand, just to say I did it. Thankfully that thought passed before I took the plunge!

i don’t have any tattoos but my BIL has one on his foot that is a steaming pile of poo with the word ‘poop’ below it just in case you couldn’t figure it out. to remedy the situation he tattooed a gun on his other foot so it reads “shootin’ the s**t.”
