Everyone’s favorite modular carpet square maker is back for another giveaway, and this time it’s bigger and better than their awesome 2009 prize. This time FLOR is gonna hook our winner up with enough tiles to build a custom 8 x 10′ rug – which also breaks down to be enough tiles to create a runner and a smaller area rug if that’s more your style. Oh, you’ll be able to pick from ANY of their 100+ colors and styles too. Here are some of our favorites below:

My favorite season? Which ever one is next. I like something about all of them, but I like them best when they are just coming in. Right now I’m dying for spring. But then the rain will set in and I’ll be ready for summer and camping and playing in the pool. And then August will be here and I’ll hate the heat and be ready for fall and football and campfires and maybe a trip east to see the colors. And then it’ll get cold but still drizzly and miserable and so I’ll be ready for winter and snow and snuggling up with a good movie and hot cocoa and ice skating and sledding and snowmen…so you see? What ever season is next. :)

I really love spring, I love being outdoors at any and all times. Growing up in Hawaii will do that to you.

Spring/Summer is my favorite time of year. Spring for the changing of temps from absolutely frigid to brisk/warm. To be able to break out a light windbreaker and cross it with a pair of jeans and flip-flops. To be able to open the back door and let the cool breeze flow through the house. Summer for the sole reason that I get to go to the beach numerous times and get baked by the sun. :)

Picking a favorite season is hard! I think that a Winter/Spring mix might top the rest. The hills in the San Francisco Bay Area are various hues of greens, browns and yellows (the rest of the year they’re “golden”) and the weather is mixes of rain and sun and cold and warm. Favorite activity: hikes in the hills.

I really need a rug in our living room and that is the exact size I’ve been looking at. I ordered one online and when it arrived it looked nothing like the image so I’m back to square one.
I love warm summer days but now that I live in a hot climate, I always look forward to both the springtime weather here and the crisp fall air with leaves crunching under my feet.
