Everyone’s favorite modular carpet square maker is back for another giveaway, and this time it’s bigger and better than their awesome 2009 prize. This time FLOR is gonna hook our winner up with enough tiles to build a custom 8 x 10′ rug – which also breaks down to be enough tiles to create a runner and a smaller area rug if that’s more your style. Oh, you’ll be able to pick from ANY of their 100+ colors and styles too. Here are some of our favorites below:

Although I love all the seasons for their own uniqueness, my favorite is definitely spring, because there is something so intuitively uplifting about the emergence of warm weather (especially up here in NE). Also, my birthday is in the spring :-)

Our hideously stained living room carpet is a disaster and we are ready to pull it up at a moments notice, but fear that having bare wooden floors would lead to a less cushy, less easy on the little ones feet and bums (not to mention little noggins should they take a tumble).
Winning the new FLOR carpet tiles would meld my desire for something aesthetically pleasing, balance environmental concerns and my budget!

It used to be fall, but last April, my mother passed away from cancer and the fondest memory that I will treasure is the days that I would go visit her in hospice and take her for a wheel-chair walk around the gardens and outside the facility. I knew that even though it wasn’t going to heal her, for a minute, it made her feel human again. I hated that she had to be cooped up in her room while I was at work. She was only in Hospice for 14 days before passing, but those were the best 14 days of my life.

Flor me! What we call spring in Arizona is just divine! It only lasts about 3 weeks (sometimes a full month if we are lucky) but the temperate weather just can’t be beat!
