How excited are we to be giving away a Model One Radio this week? You probably know that our cheery yellow one is one of our favorite things that we’ve bought for our new kitchen (more on that here). Sure it’s been dubbed “the best sounding table radio ever made” by some (MSNBC in this case), but our love for it stems first and foremost from its looks. It’s one good looking radio. But that’s not to say that we don’t crank up the radio (or an iPod playlist thanks to the auxiliary input in the back) and enjoy a family dance party every now and then…

RADIO ME! This would be fabulous! We listen to Ragin’ Cajun games all the time and something strange is happening with our 25 year old sound system because it seems to short out and the volume goes from barely audible to blaring all by itself!
Wait, did I say strange? OK, perhaps we should face the fact that its’ age may be the reason for the issues instead of trying to blame it on some kind of ghost or something! :-D

Radio Me! I use my radio the most when I’m either cleaning my house or doing DIY projects. I’m a creature who needs constant sound around me so I have to be “listening” to something at all times.
