How excited are we to be giving away a Model One Radio this week? You probably know that our cheery yellow one is one of our favorite things that we’ve bought for our new kitchen (more on that here). Sure it’s been dubbed “the best sounding table radio ever made” by some (MSNBC in this case), but our love for it stems first and foremost from its looks. It’s one good looking radio. But that’s not to say that we don’t crank up the radio (or an iPod playlist thanks to the auxiliary input in the back) and enjoy a family dance party every now and then…

RADIO ME! I listen to old fashioned radio on my morning and afternoon commutes to curb road rage. And listen to Web radio when I’m doing pretty much anything at home.

I usually blast the radio or my iPod with Pandora any time I’m home. The music helps me focus on whatever task is at hand, be it cleaning or randomly deciding to try and redecorate my entire dining room before my husband gets home!

My husband has uploaded all of our cds to an external harddrive and can play them through iTunes through our computer with el cheapo speakers. We listen to the music anytime we are cooking, cleaning, organizing or basically doing any indoor work plus I love it for when I work from home.

Radio Me!!! I commute 2.5 to 3 hours round trip every day going to and from work, so the radio is the only thing that keeps me sane! I listen to iHeartRadio most of the time, or talk radio. At home, I crank up the radio whenever I’m cleaning house. It gets me going!
