How excited are we to be giving away a Model One Radio this week? You probably know that our cheery yellow one is one of our favorite things that we’ve bought for our new kitchen (more on that here). Sure it’s been dubbed “the best sounding table radio ever made” by some (MSNBC in this case), but our love for it stems first and foremost from its looks. It’s one good looking radio. But that’s not to say that we don’t crank up the radio (or an iPod playlist thanks to the auxiliary input in the back) and enjoy a family dance party every now and then…

Radio Me! I listen to the talk radio in the morning on the way to work and usually silence on the way home. My son’s music CDs own the radio every other time. It would be nice to bring some radio waves in to our home too.

I must say I am completely addicted to Pandora radio! It is pretty much always running if I am home! I find that I am much more motivated to get things done when I have music going!

Our whole family constantly has music on so we use our radio to either have a dance party, set the mood for whatever type of dinner we are having (italian, mexican, grill party,…) or we put it on as relaxing background noise so that we don’t get sucked into watching tv all night and do something together as a family!
