How excited are we to be giving away a Model One Radio this week? You probably know that our cheery yellow one is one of our favorite things that we’ve bought for our new kitchen (more on that here). Sure it’s been dubbed “the best sounding table radio ever made” by some (MSNBC in this case), but our love for it stems first and foremost from its looks. It’s one good looking radio. But that’s not to say that we don’t crank up the radio (or an iPod playlist thanks to the auxiliary input in the back) and enjoy a family dance party every now and then…

RADIO ME… I am not the music lover in the family, however when your two-yr old son asks “radio please?” how can you say no. He, and my music loving hubby, would be thrilled! And with a radio that looks like this, I could be convinced more easily to blast the tunes for family dance time.

Radio me! Our house was hit by a tornado this weekend – some damage and the power was out 48 hours. :( So we used the radio a lot to find out what was going on with the storm! A good reason to make sure we always have a good radio – and charged up cell phones ;)
