Fab Freebie: The Royal Treatment

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below!***

According to random.org, the royal treatment is going to Cathleen Pearson (who feels bad for Kate’s balding husband). Congrats!

No, not those royals. The majesty behind this giveaway comes from Royal Design Studio, whose stellar stencils will turn your walls into a stylish statement piece (but not in the way that a certain hat made a statement on a certain princess’ head recently). We’re crazy inspired by all of the stylish patterns and fresh color combos they showcase, and one of you will score $100 towards anything you find on their site. Enough chatter – feast your eyes on these babies (Sherry’s over the moon for the one on the top right) and be sure to head over their website for more eye candy.

I WANT THE ROYAL TREATMENT! Yes, I got up early to watch the wedding, but I also had to get up early to leave for vacation (but let’s be honest, I would have got up early to watch anyway!).

I WANT THE ROYAL TREATMENT!! Nope. No desire to get up early, no big fanfare for me. I turned it on to see her dress when I got up and got moving :)

I didn’t pay too much attention to the royal wedding, although after having spent a semester in England in college, I do love all that is British! (well, all besides the food maybe..)

    I WANT THE ROYAL TREATMENT!

I won’t lie… I was totally caught up in the excitement (short of giving a party to celebrate, that is. Or hopping on a flight to London). I remember watching Charles and Di’s wedding as a little girl, and it was fun to watch such an event again as an adult– it’s not like they do that every day, you know!

    I WANT THE ROYAL TREATMENT!

I took in a little bit of the lead-up to the wedding– my engagement ring ts a sapphire solitaire, and after William gave Kate his mother’s sapphire engagement ring everybody noticed mine. I do get to explain that I had a sapphire a few weeks before she did, though!

I value my sleep, so I didn’t watch the wedding. I did take a look at photos on-line later that day.

I want the royal treatment!!!! AND My British grandmother and her sister showed up at my house at 5:30 am! They brought their tea sets and some cake and we wore hats and had a blast!! My grandmother begged me to get off work and it seemed silly, but I am so glad I did this with her!

I WANT THE ROYAL TREATMENT! Oh I was home that day so I watched the entire thing and even shed a small tear, it was so beautiful :) It’s magical that we still have royal weddings. I am all for variety so I loved it, because it is different and not something that you see everyday :)

I was into the wedding but only so I could be in the conversation with the girls at work. They all woke up early and talked and talked about it so I had to keep in the loop :-)

    I liked Kate’s dress but I LOVED Pippa’s dress

    “I WANT THE ROYAL TREATMENT!”

We totally got caught up in it. I wasn’t expecting to watch it all. As part of the Commonwealth (New Zealand) I thought I would give it a cursory glance. However we had British WWOOFers staying with us so we went all out. We dressed up as ‘royalty’ in crazy outfits, had scones and tea whilst watching after a curry dinner (England’s favourite meal apparently according to the research).

I am getting married in March 2012 and I was devastated that Kate’s dress is nearly identical to the one I had designed. Now I have to go back to the drawing board least anyone thinks I copied her LOL.

Thanks for the chance to win :D
