Fab Freebie: The Royal Treatment

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below!***

According to random.org, the royal treatment is going to Cathleen Pearson (who feels bad for Kate’s balding husband). Congrats!

No, not those royals. The majesty behind this giveaway comes from Royal Design Studio, whose stellar stencils will turn your walls into a stylish statement piece (but not in the way that a certain hat made a statement on a certain princess’ head recently). We’re crazy inspired by all of the stylish patterns and fresh color combos they showcase, and one of you will score $100 towards anything you find on their site. Enough chatter – feast your eyes on these babies (Sherry’s over the moon for the one on the top right) and be sure to head over their website for more eye candy.

I WANT THE ROYAL TREATMENT! and yes, I got into the royal wedding. I taped it, because I’m on the west coast and would have had to get up extra early, but I watched it right when I woke up! I wasn’t a huge fan of Kate’s dress, but I did love Pippa’s and it is actually very similar to the dress I’m wearing for my wedding in October! :)

    I WANT THE ROYAL TREATMENT!

I vividly remember watching Princess Diana on her wedding day and wanted my daughter (almost 6) to have the same opportunity with Princess Kate. I DVRed the wedding so we could watch it together that night.

None of my three kids was impressed – I was so sad! Their biggest concern was why the little boys were in those silly outfits singing and who made them do it and what if they didn’t want to do it and wear those silly clothes would they still have to, would their mom make them? And if they quit could they come back if they wanted to or would they be locked out and would their mom be mad…

    Good times!

Much better times will be had if we win this contest though, as the little ones love nothing more than a good DIY project!

I want the royal treatment!!! and, no. i’ve had the wedding DVR’d since the morning it happened… but with a week-old newborn at the time and with chasing my toddler as well, thus far all i have managed is to find pictures of The Dress online. (however, i did a good amount of drooling over said dress.)

We happen to be staying with my parents that week so my mom and I got into watching the coverage in the evenings after the kids went to bed. I’m on the west coast so there was NO way I was waking up that early to watch it live… We watched it that night.

I WANT THE ROYAL TREATMENT…. and the wedding was on at a very civilised time of 8pm in Australia so while I stringently avoided the lead up in the days before, I still was mesmorised by the dress and the ceremony and the kiss on the balcony on the day.

I WANT THE ROYAL TREATMENT! Yes, I will admit, I was caught up in all the coverage. I live on the west coast and stayed up all night to watch the wedding and the kiss on the balcony. So tired the next day, but nothing a little caffeine can’t take care of, and I loved every minute of it!

    I WANT THE ROYAL TREATMENT!!!!!!!!!

It’s weird, isn’t it? American’s are fascinated by the idea of a royal wedding. Probably because the closest we will ever get to royalty out here is Disneyland. But being the girly-girl I am, I had to see the dress and watch the vows… All the while just wanting to know what it would feel like to be a princess for a day. I mean I wonder how it feels to have HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS of people watch my wedding. I couldn’t believe how calm and cool the now Dutchess seemed! I feel obsessed! Anyways, here’s to the newest popular love birds! CHEERS!!!

I WANT THE ROYAL TREATMENT! Correction, my bedroom wall would kill for the Royal Treatment!

The wedding coincided with my arrival into Seoul feeling totally blergh and jetlagged, so while my friend was at work, I settled in on his couch and watched it live online! (it was airing late afternoon there and early evening here in Aus though, so no early rises for me!). But since then, apart from a detailed debrief with a friend of mine who’s English, I’ve not really paid much attention to it.
