Fab Freebie: The Royal Treatment

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below!***

According to random.org, the royal treatment is going to Cathleen Pearson (who feels bad for Kate’s balding husband). Congrats!

No, not those royals. The majesty behind this giveaway comes from Royal Design Studio, whose stellar stencils will turn your walls into a stylish statement piece (but not in the way that a certain hat made a statement on a certain princess’ head recently). We’re crazy inspired by all of the stylish patterns and fresh color combos they showcase, and one of you will score $100 towards anything you find on their site. Enough chatter – feast your eyes on these babies (Sherry’s over the moon for the one on the top right) and be sure to head over their website for more eye candy.

  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, May 11th at 8pm EST

I WANT THE ROYAL TREATMENT! I refused to get up at 4:30am but I did turn on the TV a little after 6 that morning and was just in time to see Kate riding to Westminster Abbey. So then I had to watch the rest of the ceremony. And I watched the kiss at work. Thank goodness for the Internet, right?

I WANT THE ROYAL TREATMENT… I got up a 4am my time to watch the royal wedding. My husband thought he was running late for work since I was awake and was a little irritated when he realized he was two hours early….but then he watched it with me. History in the making.

I WANT THE ROYAL TREATMENT!!! I’m so inspired to stencil after your Graphic and Fun house-crashing from last week.

I admit I get sucked into all the hype, even though I tell myself (and others) it’s no big deal. The truth is, I love it! (My good friend and I even had an England-themed evening- drinking tea, viewing clips of the wedding, and watching Elizabeth.) Mostly, I love the spectacle of it all and how it feels so other-worldly. Like a fairy tale!

    I WANT THE ROYAL TREATMENT!

While I was not “totally obsessed” with all things Royal Wedding leading up to the big day, I knew I would wake up early and watch the big event and, in the watching of the wedding and surrounding events that Friday morning, I became completely enthralled with it all. Kate looked gorgeous, William (and Harry!) looked handsome and regal, and, best of all, you could practically feel their love for each other permeating through the tv. I couldn’t be more thrilled for William and Kate that they have found their soul mate in the midst of such a high profile and hectic life!

    I WANT THE ROYAL TREATMENT!

While I wasn’t caught up in all the hype, curiosity did get the best of me. I tuned in while I was getting ready for work; I just had to see that gown! I’m so glad I did; it was gorgeous & very 1940s (which made me jealous…I wanted a gown with a lace top like that for my 1940s wedding) I ended up in tears because it reminded me of a Cinderella story. I was obsessed with Cinderella as a little girl and pretended to be her all the time! It was very touching that in the United Kingdom, princesses, kings & queens are still very real. I saw a bunch of little girls waving flags as the carriage rode by and it reminded me of myself at that age. And how awesome is it that the Royal family, who could have any ridiculous outfit they wanted, chooses to keep it simple and classy?

I didn’t intend to get up early, but had some serious insomnia that night, so I ended up watching anyway. I’m kind of glad I did — I remember my mother getting me up to watch Diana and Charles get married, so it was a nice symmetry to watch their son marry, as well. (particularly because I have hope that this marriage will turn out far better)
