Fab Freebie: The Royal Treatment

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below!***

According to random.org, the royal treatment is going to Cathleen Pearson (who feels bad for Kate’s balding husband). Congrats!

No, not those royals. The majesty behind this giveaway comes from Royal Design Studio, whose stellar stencils will turn your walls into a stylish statement piece (but not in the way that a certain hat made a statement on a certain princess’ head recently). We’re crazy inspired by all of the stylish patterns and fresh color combos they showcase, and one of you will score $100 towards anything you find on their site. Enough chatter – feast your eyes on these babies (Sherry’s over the moon for the one on the top right) and be sure to head over their website for more eye candy.

  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, May 11th at 8pm EST

I want the royal treatment!!!!! I was really into watching the wedding. I couldn’t wait to see her gown. And I love all the hats. Although I wasn’t crazy about the Fascinators. I wish Americans were into wearing hats like the Brits. Everything would be so much fun!

Hopefully I’m not too late to enter. I really want one of these stencils for my baby girl’s nursey.

I was traveling the day of the royal wedding, but I checked people.com every chance I got from my phone.

I WANT THE ROYAL TREATMENT! This would be so perfect for the painting projects I’ve finally started to tackle.

I turned on the wedding for a few minutes before I left for work just so I could see the dress, and then I looked up a few more pics while I was at work, but that’s it. I was very in the middle. We did have a lot of good discussion about why it was such a big deal and whether all the hype was good, bad, or indifferent. I fall between “good” and “indifferent.”

And I was obsessed, embarrassingly so. Not only did I have a countdown (only with myself), but I was up at 4 a.m. and made my husband and puppy join me to watch the festivities and “oooh” and “aaahhhh” over everything (mostly just me as well).

i was caught up in the festivities on the day of the wedding. i didn’t watch any of the pre-wedding coverage. a good friend of the family sent out invitations to a few of us [right after the wedding date was announced] to come over to her house in our best party clothes or nicest pjs [depending on the decided on time] to celebrate billy and katie getting married. my mom, her and my cousin did the same thing for princess di’s wedding. so at 5:15am in my nicest pjs, i woke up my 2 year old [crazy, i know] put her in her purple tutu and off we went. we watched the wedding and had scones and tea and fruit… it was a lot of fun

I WANT THE ROYAL TREATMENT!!!! My wife and I (we are a two-woman household, which made it even easier to go crazy) got up at 3:30 am and got all dolled up in fancy dresses and hats and sat on our sofa to have scones and watch the official BBC coverage on WETA. We downloaded and printed out the official wedding program, I later bought the official wedding soundtrack, and I also bought (yesterday) two official commemorative magazines about the wedding!
