I am much closer to the whole thing here in Germany, but I was happy with just the pictures. And I got married last year and was happy that even a super high budget couldn’t get her a more beautiful wedding dress than mine! No, but she looked almost more royal than him, great style that woman.

I woke up my 8 year old daughter, Kate at 3am PST and we cuddled on the couch and watched the entire ceremony, ewh’ing and awh’ing ’til the sun came up. Such a precious mommy daughter memory. I was about her age when Princess Diana had her wedding so it made it extra special to watch with my daughter, Kate the great ;-)

I totally watched the wedding! My new born woke up to be fed, and I hurried up and went down stairs, just in time to see all the important people (queen, princes, Kate) on their way to the church. So I got to watch the entire thing! I never would have set an alarm (I’m sleep deprived as it is), but I was so excited that I didn’t miss it!

I WANT THE ROYAL TREATMENT! I had to work that day, so I set the DVR to record all six hours of coverage on Good Morning America. I was able to ff to the good parts, so that was nice. I also watched the 20/20 special and the Oprah Show episode on the wedding. Loved it all!

I set my alarm and got up at 5:30 to lay in bed and watch the wedding before getting ready for work. I liked the idea that millions of people all over the world were watching the same thing at the same time and that it was something positive.
