I have been eyeing these stencils forever! They are absolutely lovely, and stenciling opens up a whole new world for renters (that are willing to repaint at the end of a lease, that is!).
And the most involved I got with the royal wedding was http://katemiddletonforthewin.tumblr.com/ which I giggled at and repeated back to my husband for a full hour or so. He now randomly asks why his champagne hand is empty– classic!

Truth be told, yes, I followed all the wedding hooplah on my favorite celebrity site online for WEEKS beforehand! I had all the details down and was able to watch most of the wedding on television before I had to go into work. Then finished it up online when I got home that afternoon… so glad technology pulled through for this big day!

Honestly, I had no interest and it really wasn’t made a huge deal as far as I was concerned. It seemed like no one around me cared either. I will admit that, after the fact, I got a snippet of Kate’s dress and thought it was quite elegant but, other than that, it was amazing to me how fascinated and interested people were when there are FAR more important news to be heard about in the world.

On the day leading up to the wedding I had planned on wearing a tiara, maybe dressing the kids up for the occasion and having a little tea party… all this not realizing it was so early. I got up early and instead of dressing up and wearing a tiara I was wrapped in a quilt looking more like a burrito than a princess :)
