I love today. Not just because it’s my 29th birthday, but because we are giving away a gift card to (drumroll, por favor)… TARGET!

Sabrina is Target’s “Style Expert for Home,” which means she’s serving up design tips to to those of us who like affordable Tar-jay wares and coming home to a stylish space. My most recent favorite item(s) are black and brown kids boots! I am only 4’10” and can easily fir into kids shoes. So I got some that were buy one get one 1/2 off! I get compliments on them all the time!

My favorite target purchase was about 6 months ago, a king-sized reversible quilt/coverlet for the warmer summer months. The quilt +2 shams= only $30!! It was exactly what I was looking for!

I’m a Target Lady. I have a wall mirror that is plastic but everyone thinks it is stainless steel. When we moved, the mover left it in the truck and they wanted me to sign a release when I got it back due to the “high value”… which was $30 bucks :)

It’s tough to narrow down, but my favorite purchase is probably a blue/gray/ivory floral rug that I picked up three years ago for under a $100 (for a 5×8). We have used it in our living room, dining room and now our bedroom. It is totally versatile, and obviously very durable too!
