Fab Freebie: The Target Lady

I love today. Not just because it’s my 29th birthday, but because we are giving away a gift card to (drumroll, por favor)… TARGET!

We don’t really need to waste time reminding you guys how much we love Target (we’ve got about a million posts like this and this to prove it). I even created this graphic to try to convey how excited we are:

And while I always love a good opportunity to reference SNL’s Target Lady, this time I’m going to mention a different woman paired up with the red bullseye: HGTV’s Sabrina Soto. Sabrina is Target’s “Style Expert for Home,” which means she’s serving up design tips to to those of us who like affordable Tar-jay wares and coming home to a stylish space. She’s even got a bunch of tip-filled videos over on Target’s styleboutique blog.

    I’m a Target Lady! And proud of it! I found a great, 5 piece set of decor mirrors for $20. Brought them home and even though my husband hated them, I knew they would be perfect hung in a spaced out pattern over our gigantic sectional sofa in the living room. I was right. They’re fantastic.

    Kristen Wiig’s target lady is my hero!

    I bought a great bookshelf at Target that I weirdly use to store my clothes (pants and foldable shirts) in my bedroom. I find it’s a lot easier to pull clothes off a shelf than open drawers to a dresser and dig around. Plus, since everything is out for everyone to see I have to keep it all neatly folded. It encourages me to be more meticulous.

    I get excited when I see the bullseye, which means that I’M A TARGET LADY!

    I love that I can walk into the store and grab anything, from home goods to food to jewelry to electronics and not break the bank.

    The Organic Cotton Sheets are the best I’ve found in my price range, and they stand up to frequent washings (as required when you let the dog sleep on the bed with you). Plus the little bag the set comes in makes for a great purse or shoe bag in the closet!

    Basically everything at Target is a good deal. But I bought these kooky mustard yellow flats for $4 and I wear them ALL THE TIME!

    I love, love, love Target. My favorite purchase from there was a black/grey ruffly sundress – on sale for $13!! I get asked every time I wear it where it is from and most people guess DKNY :)

    I’m a Target Lady!! Some of my favorite purchases from Target have been my hot pink quilt set by Isaac Mizrahi, my storage bins by Liberty of London, and all of my fun colored cardigans! I love that everything is super affordable and that you can find fantastic deals when things go on clearance!!

    I’m a TARGET lady!

    In high school I worked at Target and even that could not diminish my love for the store. When I moved to Seattle there wasn’t one within a convenient distance and let me tell you that was SO hard. Now there is one very close by and I often just stroll through the store just to browse. I love Target more than is probably reasonable. Thanks for the give-a-way!

    I spend entirely too much money at Target. It’s a disease. About half the stuff in my apartment is from there. I think my fav is a capiz lamp that I got on sale for about $15 a few years ago. Score!

    My favorite thing I’ve ever nabbed at Target was a pair of super chic sunglasses for under $10. Why pay $100+ for something that is going to get broken when I sit on them anyway?

    It’s really hard to pick a favorite, but I love the $12 curtain rods I found for each of my FIVE living and dining room windows. With Ikea curtains, we were able to cover our windows stylishly for well under $200!

    I’M A TARGET LADY!! I love target. I have lately been loving their coupons that you can print online before shopping. My favorite find were some 12×12 frames that open on a hinge. It is Scrapbook paper size and so easy to change out. I also bought them on clearance! Thanks for doing this giveaway!
