Fab Freebie: The Target Lady

I love today. Not just because it’s my 29th birthday, but because we are giving away a gift card to (drumroll, por favor)… TARGET!

We don’t really need to waste time reminding you guys how much we love Target (we’ve got about a million posts like this and this to prove it). I even created this graphic to try to convey how excited we are:

And while I always love a good opportunity to reference SNL’s Target Lady, this time I’m going to mention a different woman paired up with the red bullseye: HGTV’s Sabrina Soto. Sabrina is Target’s “Style Expert for Home,” which means she’s serving up design tips to to those of us who like affordable Tar-jay wares and coming home to a stylish space. She’s even got a bunch of tip-filled videos over on Target’s styleboutique blog.

    I am still in love with the Orla Kiely canister set I scored at Target! I pretty much love everything that woman designs and it’s a quality piece as well as affordable I store granulated sugar, brown sugar, and dog treats in them.

    I’m there at least once a week. My favorite recent item is 4 circular mirrors I picked up on clearance for $2.50 each! They’re orange but I’m going to paint them sage green for our master bedroom.

    My favorite item would be a Dyson hand vacuum we scored for 80% on clearance. Though in a close second, it’d be these mustard colored rosette pillows by Dwell Studio. They just brighten up our living room!

    One of my favorite items from Target is my Buddha candle holder. It sounds like it could be tacky but I have gotten so many compliments on it and my mom and friend both went out and bought one.

    Most of my clothes, cleaning supplies, organizational supplies and other goodies are from Target, but by far, my favorite is my pair of Mossimo jeans I bought for $20 four years ago that I still wear almost every day and are in GREAT shape. Best $20 I’ve ever spent.

    I LOVE everything about Target! One purchase that sticks out in my mind is an armless striped chair in blues and browns that I got on sale. It adds so much style to our living room!

    I’M A TARGET LADY! I got a fabulous purse from Target years ago that is incredibly well-made and surprisingly unique. It looks like an authentic vintage find, and I get compliments on it all the time! I don’t remember the price, so it must have been affordable too.

    I’m a target Lady… target pretty much is my life. They do have great home goods my favorite would have to be both are short and tall drinking glasses we got there. I LOVE the weight of them and could realy use some more!

    I’M A TARGET LADY! I love Tar-jay so it’s really hard for me to narrow down my favorite item from there. Right now, my colorful office rug is standing out in my mind. If I had a $100 to spend there, I would probably get another rug for the dining room!

    My favorite score was a 3 piece wooden patio set – I got it majorly on sale, but the dog destroyed it :( Good thing I didn’t pay full price for it :) Oh well, I loved it while it lasted!!!

    My favorite Target buy is a dark brown serving tray with a mirrored bottom. It travels all around my house showing off different goodies for all seasons. LOVE IT!

    I love Target, but I have the say the best things I’ve ever bought were multiple boxes of those wire grids. The kind you make storage out of. I’ve used them for so many different this … to build a pet cage, protecting plants/seedlings from squirrels, recycling bin … you name it!
