I love today. Not just because it’s my 29th birthday, but because we are giving away a gift card to (drumroll, por favor)… TARGET!

Sabrina is Target’s “Style Expert for Home,” which means she’s serving up design tips to to those of us who like affordable Tar-jay wares and coming home to a stylish space. My favorite Target find so far would have to be my bedroom lamps. They are the clear stacked balls and I paired them with black drum shades. Love, love them! But I was so sad to see you purged one this weekend. I noticed it sitting on your kitchen counter in your picture of stuff to go… :(

I’M A TARGET LADY! The best thing I’ve ever scored at Target? Hmmm…I’ve scored a ton of great deals there, but one that sticks out in my mind is some ADORABLE grapefruit spoons with bright yellow handles. They are so cute and were on clearance for under $1 for a set of three or four. Love it!

I’m a Target lady! My favorite Target purchase was my living room rug, which I got for $30! It is an indoor/outdoor rug and was on clearance at the end of the summer, but it looks totally appropriate in the living room.

I actually used to be the Target lady–I worked for them for 2 years. :) I have a little bud vase I got there 5 or 6 years ago, and it’s one of the only things that has survived my style evolution. It’s just one of those little things that makes me smile when I look at it.

What DON’T I love from Target? The purse I got there at the beginning of summer, my bathing suit, our duvet cover and bedding… but my all time favorite might be method soap — Tarjay is where I first laid eyes on my hand wash love and I haven’t looked back since!

My favorite Target buy would be the supplies I bought during the aftermath of Hurricane Ike. Our power was out for a week and I was going nuts! Thankfully the Target was running on backup power and I got a pack of undies (CLEAN UNDIES!) and a copy of ‘The Host’ by Stephanie Meyer. Those things kept me sane!

I find cool stuff every time I go to Target! My husband and I have never done a tree for Christmas before and I decided I would do one this year. Last week I got the last $50 7foot christmas tree they had in the store with some led tree lights and a few ornaments to get me started. I was very excited to find a cute tree at such a good price.

I think my all time favorite find is my Wii. We got it back when they were impossible to find and I happened to turn the corner and the guy was walking out of the stock room with the shipment. I politely stood there like a hawk as he unpacked the box and scarfed one up before texting all my friends.
