Fab Freebie: The Target Lady

I love today. Not just because it’s my 29th birthday, but because we are giving away a gift card to (drumroll, por favor)… TARGET!

We don’t really need to waste time reminding you guys how much we love Target (we’ve got about a million posts like this and this to prove it). I even created this graphic to try to convey how excited we are:

And while I always love a good opportunity to reference SNL’s Target Lady, this time I’m going to mention a different woman paired up with the red bullseye: HGTV’s Sabrina Soto. Sabrina is Target’s “Style Expert for Home,” which means she’s serving up design tips to to those of us who like affordable Tar-jay wares and coming home to a stylish space. She’s even got a bunch of tip-filled videos over on Target’s styleboutique blog.

    I’M A TARGET LADY!

    I got these really awesome plastic drinking glasses there that look just like the real glass cobalt colored ones, but they’re plastic so they don’t shatter when the cat knocks them off the counter! I could really use some more, but I’ve never found that color again. :-/

    I love target clearance, especially the holiday clearance when it goes 90%! I scored a potted christmas tree with lights that was $99.99 for $9.99!

    I’m a Target Lady and we’re a Target Family! I love the tissue t-shirts you buy in the women’s sleepwear department (I wear them during the day too. shhhh!) I also love the men’s tie’s. Such great style for a great price. We heart Tar-get!

    I’M A TARGET LADY!!!!!

    My friends all joke that I couldn’t survive without Target- but it’s not a joke, I couldn’t! Honestly, I am Target obsessed, I have shopped at over 90 Target’s nationwide and must go to Target while on vacation. Where else would I find such valuable finds such as my favorites:

    -Missimo 2pc grey pant suit- everyone thinks I paid a fortune… bought on clearance 6 years ago, still looks great!

    -Gorgeous gold watch- again everyone always comments that it looks pricey… under $20

    -Fantastic Wicker Florida Room chair- has gone from NY to FL with me twice… 5 years old under $100

    I’M A TARGET LADY!

    Pretty much everything in my house is from Target — curtains, accessories, guest room bedding, towels, most of my daughter’s clothes, home decor, etc. One Target purchase I’m still thrilled about is a black and white check coat I bought there a few seasons ago. It’s held up wonderfully and I love it as much as the day I got it for $40.

    I’M A TARGET LADY!!!!

    I think 90% of everything in my house is from Target. I love it there. Probably my favorite think would have to be my black leather ottoman with storage. But there are a ton of things tied for second place. I need some more great multi-purpose things for our home though cause we have a tiny house, and we love things that work for us in more ways then one!

    I’M A TARGET LADY! The best thing I ever bought from Target was a cute round rug that is in my kitchen. It adds so much color and character to the space and I just love it!

    I got my clutch/wallet at Target. It’s super cute, fits everything I need, but is small enough to toss into the diaper bag when I don’t want to carry a purse!

    I’M A TARGET LADY!!

    About 75% of what I own is from Target :-) but we did buy some gorgeous and very functional (and affordable) blackout curtains for our bedroom last summer that have been uber-helpful! As an RN who used to work night shifts, tricking my body into thinking days were nights was very important!

    My favorite Target purchase is the storage/tray table ottoman that manages to be a comfy desk chair and a sneaky place to stash things that don’t have a home. Or it could be the awesome baker’s rack that has added so much functionality to our kitchen.

    The best thing about Target is that it’s an experience unto itself. how many times have i been sitting bored at home and just said, “I’m going to Target to look around” ? Countless!

    I’m totally a target lady!!! I go there at least once a week – even if i don’t need anything…just to browse. My fav target item is probably the awesome sparkly earrings I got for my wedding!!! *bonus – starbucks INSIDE a target!!!**

    I’M A TARGET LADY!!

    My favorite find at Target is this huge woven basket on sale! You can find similar ones at West Elm and Pottery Barn for 60+ bucks, but I scored mine at Target for 18 smackeroos! It’s completely functional and adds so much texture. Love Target!

    I’m a target lady! I love everything about target- from the clothes to groceries (yes we have a supertarget a mile from our house) to the cute decor. Last week I bought 2 plain t-shirts for $2 each and made them into one improved shirt!

    I love, love, love buying clothes on clearance at Target – they have the cutest stuff, and I LOVE saying “oh yeah, it was 3 bucks at Target!” when I’m complemented on what I’m wearing :)

    I’ve bought a billion things that I love at Target in the past, but I am really looking forward to buying crib bedding there in the very near future! Our first is due in March, and Target has a bunch of great crib sheets/skirts that I can mix and match!

    yesterday I was buying dishwashing detergent, when across the store I spotted a huge, cozy looking mug with my initial on it in a pretty font. I pretty much ran over to it. 5 bucks!
