Fab Freebie: The Target Lady

I love today. Not just because it’s my 29th birthday, but because we are giving away a gift card to (drumroll, por favor)… TARGET!

We don’t really need to waste time reminding you guys how much we love Target (we’ve got about a million posts like this and this to prove it). I even created this graphic to try to convey how excited we are:

And while I always love a good opportunity to reference SNL’s Target Lady, this time I’m going to mention a different woman paired up with the red bullseye: HGTV’s Sabrina Soto. Sabrina is Target’s “Style Expert for Home,” which means she’s serving up design tips to to those of us who like affordable Tar-jay wares and coming home to a stylish space. She’s even got a bunch of tip-filled videos over on Target’s styleboutique blog.

    We recently scored some new dinnerware from Target (white square plates) and we love how sophisticated and versatile they are. I hosted a potluck last night and people raved about our plates. :)

    I’m A Target Lady for sure…my fav find from target must be my black and white Damask curtains!!! saw them on a design show and i had to have them…now i do :)

    I’m a target lady!

    I spent $99.00 at Target this morning, actually. Thought that was funny… So, this GC would make me feel even better about the awesomeness that I scored on my shopping spree. Specifically, I bought 4 BIG Circo hooded towels for my kiddos that sport the hood in the middle of the long side of the large rectangle, as opposed to the corner of the tiny square like all of our baby hooded towels. I got tired of using two towels per child after every bath because that tiny square left their hineys exposed, but wasn’t ready to say goodbye to the hooded aspect (or the cutesy aspect!) of the kids’ towels. We have a standing tradition of cuddling on the couch post-bath and watching a bit of television, and the hood adds to the snuggle quotient. Now I’ve gone on entirely too long about hooded towels. I need this GC to go buy something ELSE to obsess about! ;)

    I’M A TARGET LADY

    I love that Target helps me keep my seven kids in fashion for less $$$. My favorite score was a pink cardigan with ruffles on the front, $15. I bought my daughter one in green and I just couldn’t resist the pink for myself. :) But they’ve solved a number of my housewares dilemmas as well!

    I’m a Target Lady!!! My favorite item I ever scored from Target is a beautiful mirror. It is in our entry way and it goes so well with everything else in our house. And the best part was-it was on clearance for less than $20.00!!! Can’t beat it!

    I don’t know if I can pick, but since I have to, I would say it’s the $12 mod silver bank in the shape of a Scottie dog. It’s cute and functional and we love it because it looks like our Scottish Terrier, Margot!

    *This is so lame but my favorite item from Target is their diapers!! They are just as thick and durable as the expensive ones and half the price! I think its a great example of one of the many products that Target manages to make affordable without sacrificing quality!!

    My co-workers joke because I spend my lunch breaks going to target to roam the aisles and see what deal I can find. My favorite target find would have to be my fall boots. I got them in both brown and black last fall and pretty much live in them! I LOVE TARGET!!

    Target is my retailer of choice for housewares and clothing too, but at this very moment, I’d have to say my favorite thing is their wide selection of bins (because I am organizing my entire basement right now).

    I have a sweater or two that was a steal from target…our towel bars are also from there…they were so cheap but look chic! Love me some target.

    I bought 2 pairs of flip-flops last year and still wearing them. Its hard to find the right flops but they had great ones that were a steal for as long as they have lasted me! I plan on purchasing cubby shelving soon hopefully!

    In college I scored two butterfly chairs and a coffee table for $10! Super clearance deal when the manager was taking them off the shelves to make room for more inventory.

    i’m a target lady! my most prized target buy is a beautiful teal ruffled dress that i got for 5.74! it looks so fancy and designer-ish that i’ve worn it to weddings and gotten so many compliments. i love it!
