Fab Freebie: The Target Lady

I love today. Not just because it’s my 29th birthday, but because we are giving away a gift card to (drumroll, por favor)… TARGET!

We don’t really need to waste time reminding you guys how much we love Target (we’ve got about a million posts like this and this to prove it). I even created this graphic to try to convey how excited we are:

And while I always love a good opportunity to reference SNL’s Target Lady, this time I’m going to mention a different woman paired up with the red bullseye: HGTV’s Sabrina Soto. Sabrina is Target’s “Style Expert for Home,” which means she’s serving up design tips to to those of us who like affordable Tar-jay wares and coming home to a stylish space. She’s even got a bunch of tip-filled videos over on Target’s styleboutique blog.

    I’m a target lady!! I pretty much love all things target. It’s up the street from me and when I need some time alone (outside of the house) Target beckons me! I peruse the aisle just for fun and feel better when I leave!

    I’m a Target Lady! And I don’t think I can pick a favorite item. Except for maybe one of the first things I got from there when the store first opened in my hometown: an Eiffel tower lamp. I’ve had it for almost 10 years now and it’s still like brand new.

    I’M A TARGET LADY! I don’t think I could pick just one favorite thing from target so I’ll tell about my most recent purchase. I bought 4 artwork frames and hung them in our powder room. My two kids each get two to display there fabulous artwork.

    I’M A TARGET LADY!
    My favorite score at Target has to be a Christmas tree on clearance that we put up in our 2nd story window. At the time, it was an empty attic space, but now we’ve finished it off (put kept room for our tree, of course!).

    I’M A TARGET LADY!!! And yes, I really yelled that out in my head!!

    Oh, so many neat things I’ve gotten at Target. Two of my faves: One is a very pretty rug on clearance that fit perfect in our entryway and is made really well. The other item is my huge basket with chalkboard label on it. Ok, so maybe I didn’t get that at such a great price (I couldn’t even wait to see if it would go on sale, HAD to have it), but I love it and it holds our slankets perfectly!

    And happy birthday! I think my favorite Target score might be the bedding in our guest bedroom. It has fond memories from the time period during which I purchase it, and I like to slip in there from time to time and steal a (quick) nap.

    I’M A TARGET LADY!

    Hi, my name is Jamie and I’m a Target-o-holic. I spend ALOT of money there. It’s really hard to shop by myself with three little kids, so having one place to buy everything I need is fantastic. My favorite purchase recently, however, was the bed sheets that I recently scored on clearance for $2.50 a sheet. I used them to make curtains for my living room. I made ceiling to floor curtains for two windows for 10 bucks! How awesome is that?

    I’m a Target lady! Most of my time spent in there is at the Clearance racks (75% off anyone?!), thats where ALL my bathing suits are from as well as most of my shoes. LOVE!

    I’m a Target Lady!

    I could not tell you my favorite thing from there (mainly because half of our house was purchased at a Target), but I REALLY love these great cloth napkins we registered for when we got married! That is so boring, so I will also add that my favorite shoes are from there – flats that never rub the back of my ankles!

    I’m a target lady!! Other than the groceries and household items I pick up on a weekly basis, I love the bedding I bought at target when I moved into my first college apartment. It now occupies our guest bedroom, and has transitioned beautifully from college to grown up over the last 7 years!

    I’m a TARGET Lady!!! I love everything at target and it’s so hard to pick one item because I literally shop there for everything-food, clothes, home goods, etc. I can’t begin to count all of the fabulous deals I’ve gotten.

    I AM A TARGET LADY!!! hmmmm…my fav thing I’ve gotten there is hard bc I have so many lovely finds from target. But I suppose I’ll go with the teal pitcher I scored that currently sits in my bathroom holding flowers. I love it because of the color, style, and the fact I got it on the clearance endcap for $2.48 :)

    Honestly?? While I love their decor items (I have their bookshelves, some living room tables, blinds, picture frames, etc.), I actually love love love these skinny rawhide bones they have for my dogs. My dogs love them too, and it’s the only place I can find them!

    When I was pregnant, I LOVED the Liz Lang Maternity clothes! They were young and stylish, with the added bonus of rocking a wallet-friendly Target price tag!!!
